I download petch at terible speed, start a game and my beloved is-4 is still thereas tier 9... checking petch notes i realize it wasnt planned...  

Now i check IS-4 stats and the tank haas been nurfed!!! . It has worse viewrange, worse camo , worse ROF...i known it had 4.44 ROF... so another fail and stealth nurf from WG.

Then i play T34 and OMG that tank sucks hard... screwed again by WG.

I want to say thanks for nothing and that you sux!!!

I don´t want to live on this planet anymore...

It´s bin said over and over and over and over again, the stats are now with a 100% crew, not with 133%. The tank has not been nerfed.

numbers a not for crew with133% skils, now they are for crew with 100% primary

Dear HubertGruber, I am very, very sorry, but it is you who sucks here... You just have shown us that you have no idea what's going on in this game. You don't read informations on game site, you don't read forum and now you cry, that there is no IS4 changes (which were not planned), and that there is nerf (when there is no nerf).

In fact IS-4 was buffed due to resizing (it shrinked in size).

Nothing has been nerfed, those values now show you what you get for a 100% crew skill without any bonuses rather than a 133% crew skill (that you cant reach). So you can get more than it shows in the garage.

Read the patch notes.
