And yes, 84% seems bit high - I could understand on some tank with low number of games (anything is possible with under 100 played games), but for tanks with decent number of played games it does look bit high .. or at least high if it does not sacrifice other stats, ie you can decide to always hit (get close, wait for certain shots...), and ignore if you get killed/lose etc ;p
BTW, I'm not saying it is impossible to have 84% hit, although it is very hard. If you go to this chart, and select 'Overall Results':
http://wot-news.com/...erver/eu/top/en
you will see nice graph with win, lose and hit% per all TOP players. Even for those top players, only 15 players had 84% or more (and none more than 86%) - that is out of some 300k players with over 1000 games ;p
Similar graph for all russian players (so not only top, but all, and not on EU server as above graph, but on russian server where more people play):
http://wot-news.com/...rver/ru/norm/en
If you go to 'Overall Results' you will see again maybe 15 people over 84% hit, and this time it is out of 1.5 million players with over 1000 games. So basically one in 100k players will go over 84%. Although thise stats are for 'overall hit%' (where I have for example 70%). So it is (barely) possible that players with average 80% hit ratio can have 90% on their most precise tank ;p
oh do check better
