Just wanted to say this is fun to play. - A first impression.

Last battle with this baby today. Tier IX battle. One of the new maps , not US. I got four kills : 2xLorraine 40t , G1B and Pz III/IV. Lorraines were already almost dead (3 shots each) , Pz.III/IV gave up after 2 but the G1B I took on my own.

I should add that I'm still using stock 57mm gun. Got only engine and radio.

10th battle in the T49, got Boelter's.

It looks like weaker Pz3/4...

It's a TD. Not a medium.

it's smaller than a panzer III/IV.

Yes, that tank was quite a shock to me after the first game(got a T 40 and Volverine) and that feeling increased over time,  even though i don't have better turrret reshearched yet! even though it's stats are much lower thn volverine it is actually near to become a keeper:)

Agreed, excellent little devil.

It was fun before , but now when I have 76mm M1A1 ...  

T40 was ok , I loved M10 but this ... This is insane!!!

IMO, the T49 is going to be a keeper in my garage. It is the funniest little TD I have played. Great speed, RoF if only the turret traverse was faster LOL. I can't have everything. Good moneymaker too. Happy Tanking Tankers.

T49 is a fun tank to drive. You can use it as a TD, play it almost like french lights or try scouting/spotting. It makes a great distraction too since enemy players usually try to take out the easiest target first and often forget the more dangerous opponents.  

Here's a tip> always buy 100octange petrol. It's 5000 credits per battle but it's worth it. You get increased acceleration AND turret traverse speed!

And this little beast always earns enough to cover it's costs (:

I agree. It's a little and funny tank. Just bought it and fell in love with it immediately.

Insane lil tank. Just finished it and bought next tier (M18?) without any platoon i managed to have 77% wins. Basically team that has and guy knows how to use it its a guaranteed team win. Best tank i ever played.

I am definetly keeping this, allready researched the hellcat and will get that now, but the 49 deserves to get a permanent home in my garage Awesome speed, good camo and a excellent gun makes for a very annoying opponent
