T92 Light Tank was an innovative American light tank developed in 1950s by Aircraft Armaments. At 18.5 tonnes, 5m length, it was designed as an airborne/airdropped replacement for the 5 tonnes heavier M41 Walker Bulldog. The T92 was never accepted into service.

Those little MG mountings (turrets?) appear to make the turret a Saturday Night Shot-trap Special... but then again, since the plating is presumably barely thick enough to stop heavy machineguns if even that in the first place, it probably doesn't make much of a difference.

Also, I wonder if AMX sued the makers for blatant plagiarism or somesuch since the whole thing looks nothing so much like a wider -13 with a new turret. (And so much probably superfluous clutter tacked on.) :-/

If you google Oscillating_turret you will notice united states had quite a few prototypes like T69 T54E1 and T54, among others i believe, but when nato standardization came i believe those projects where abondoned, also the french suing united states lol they had just crossed the atlantic to save some french croissants...

Like that kind of thing had ever stopped anyone. Are you quite aware of the degree of general ill-will and mutual suspicion that existed between all the "Western" Allies already long before the war was over?

'course, if you could claim "intellectual property" rights for that sort of thing damned near every tank maker would still be paying royalties to Renault so eh.

Might be a good tier 7 light to follow on from the Walker Bulldog. Assuming WG actually decides to go that far.
