If it is anything like Ferdi, it should do fine! I think it should mount a similar gun too, so now all we need to know is its frontal armor and mobility specs!  

I saw this one on the U.S forums, it looks promising and I hope its not an april fools joke as it is in the same vid as the Ratte however I do know about the new german td line and hopefully this is the actually model that will be used in game, if it is I definitely will start getting some xp saved up on a jagdpanther  

Actually looks like it has decent gun depression...

It looks so badass shooting and pwning that cliff.
Anyway, it's another beautiful german tank, let's just hope they won't make it shitty.

Panther II hull? That is a bit... disturbing.

It look's better than I thought. And hopefully we have TD that can actually go faster than 30km/h and still mount dreaded 12.8 cm gun ^^

indeed i hope it is able to mount a 128mm if it cant which im assumuing it cant, considering the Ferdi can mount it. HOWEVER if it can mount the 10,5 cm KwK46 L/70 this should be good, its better than the 10,5 the Jagdpanther uses, and with it being a tier 8 its a good trade off, the ferdi = slow and packs a big but slow firing gun the JP2 = fast mobile and packs an accurate faster reloading gun with moderate damage.

id buy it.

It looks alright, but I fear it'll have either the 105mm L/52 or the 105mm L/68 (new TD gun then, but similar characteristics as the KwK one on the KT/E75) as top gun. If you look at what they did with the T25 and T25-2. One is turretless with a bigger gun and decent mobility and the other is mobile with a turret but not such a big gun.

I bet the JPII and the Uralmash-1 (2nd soviet tier 8 TD) will be the mobile versions with less powerful guns than their sibling (ISU-152/Ferdinand).

Shame it has the casemate at the back, it just looks plain ugly.

I for one would love to se the 88/L100 on this thing, just for the lulz. But we're probably going to get the long 105, or in an extremely silly case of bad the 128. It would be boring and uninteresting if the only difference between the two td's the amount of armor and speed :/

im sure you wont see the 128mm on the panther... it will be the same thing as we saw between the KT and the VK45B

as if WG cares about that... the VK45a uses the same turret as the KT.. yet it doesn't get the L68..
