Man what a craptastic TD, I can see why it has the lowest win ratio among the teir 8 TD's now.

EDIT:ROFL just got ammo rack destroyed by a VK3001P though the front of the turret.

I got an ok winrate (55%)with it, even thoug I had to grind the 120mm.

Last match with it got me the scalp of a kv, batchat, is4 and is7.

Still a 67% win ratio with this TD, had a few failteams today so it went down from 73% to 67%.

It's a great shotgun tank as well on a city map

I've given up on it and sold it completely useless with the 90mm, I'am not going to even try to grind 80k XP when average games are only netting me 200-300XP.

The 90mm is weak. I totally agree with you there. Luckily I had the 105 from the t25 AT, so the grind for the 120 wasnt that bad.

It's literally one of the worst TD's I've used, T25/2 was awesome compaired to this trash heap.

That 203mm is a joke, as it seems no ones is having any trouble to penetrate it. Got killed by T-34-85 from ~300m away, my front armor wasn't able to bounce any of his shots (was only 3 since Pershing sniped me of ~500m couple times before).

The hull armor will bounce but forget about the turret eveything and I mean everything penetrates it, as I've said before it's a useless TD.

slow as turtle, paper turret, front armor is better but nothing excellent
what makes me mad is randomness of the T53 gun, sometimes you hit everthing, sometimes you wont hit targets 100m away..
just got shoot-out with su-152 at 200m... 4 out of my 5 shot missed, he hit me with every shot (yes i have 100% crew)

I find the armour quite ok. Some angling and your good to go. Gotten some steel.wall medals in this thing.

Wow what a bag of mixed reviews... I'm thrilled to find out how I will get along with this TD.

I actualy think the regular T28 is tons better. If you have it pimped.

Unpredictable armour. Sometimes it bounces high pen shots other times it goes through. Server decides if you have armour or not. It doesn't give me luck with this tank. Only time it can be successful is like way back from the front lines. We know its a TD but sometimes front line is a calling here it fails unless you get luck. Turret armour where? I've been penned in the same areas that I've shot myself and dinged off of them with the same gun or higher. Not angles just unpredictability. Fantasy tank = unknown. My advice stay away from this tank  and grind the proper line of US TD's

Are the tracks needed for the 105mm? I think I've done the maths (you do need them), but I keep hearing that that they aren't needed?

Yes, sometime you have get the 'WTF?' syndrom being pierced by the most unlikely tank but that's the joys of playing this hybrid beast.
