What do you mean by loadout? As in which cannon to get? Or as in which equipment to mount like a Rammer?

I do not agree the 100mm can penetrate most heavy tank´s front armor exempt for the Maus and IS7. :Smile_great:
So the 100mm is good on long range on all tank´s and the 85mm is more close combat.
Just take in mind that the T34-85 is not as mobil as the t34

85mm D5T-85BM to be exact. Obviously need upgraded tracks, turret, and engine. If you want to dogfight then you should probably invest in the Rammer and Spall Liner as well. Should be 400k credits for both of those. For the 3rd equipment slot I would recommend the Toolbox for 25% faster repairs. The 500k credits for the Toolbox is expensive, but worth it later on in the line (especially on the T-44 when you get targeted a LOT). The Spall Liner and Rammer can't be removed, but the Toolbox can be removed so it is an investment you can use on the T-43 and T-44 when you get them.
