Hi guys!

Last night when playing randoms I had two games when a teammember (not the same guy) first abuse the arty for being ineffective/useless (other words were used I assure you...) and first saying that they would TK them and then actually go ahead and do it...sure I've seen people rage and TK, but somehow it strikes me as something else when you
actually drive across half the map and do it, while disregarding your other teammembers when they ask them to please not do it. One guy killed two afriendly rty this way.

As far as I could tell arty didn't actually hit them, wich happens sometimes, the "issue" was that the friendly arty was ineffective.
I only have ~5k games but it's the first time I see this happen, and twice in 10 games or so... is this a trend or what?

I so wish I had a permabanbutton at that time.

i usually shoot at top tier campers - like if kv5 guy sits next to arty i dont hesitate to shoot him in the radio,but i would never shoot low tier guy even if he can contribute very little

edit:lol at all those negatives,i guess many afk and bot guys are browsing forum while being afk amirite?

Did anyone of the forum also actually drive across half the map to TK friendly arty because they were ineffective?

Only reason for TK are other TK-guys.
Especially in lowtier battles you pretty often encounter players shoting at team mates - so I take em out of battle.

I guess those guys were simply mad about ideotic team members (actually you can find lots of them) but still - no reason for TK.

Why are you TKing its bad form, against the rules, against the spirit of the 'game'

and thats all it is a game.

If you are not happy with your team - rage charge the opposition - get killed and bail on the game - pick another tank and go play.

You cant tell if arti is ineffective, just because you don't see shells landing near you and they have no kills, does not mean they haven't crippled the attack force that was in another part of the map.

Some games I get no kills but have damaged 10 or 11 and allowed our team to finish them off easily, sometimes I will ignore a defending flank and assist the other flank in pushing to cap if I think they will make it before the enemy attack can kill our defenders.

The team kill system is rubbish and the punishment for blue players not severe enough anyone who goes blue should have the tank they committed the offense in deleted from their garage along with its crew and equipment so they have to re buy it all.

I took a KV3 down to 100 hp in my T-44 (which isnt very hard)while taking no damage. I did this at very close distance almost a face hug.
Bam 900 hp of me, a "friendly" arty smacking my bum, no sorry, just an "idiot medium facehugging a heavy tank, what are you going to do, ram him"
I turned my tank around intent on killing him but another tank got me on the way there.
If I ever see that guy in arty on my side I will kill him on sight.

If you have a bot or a player say in a medium who does not fight period, just loiters at the back forever(usually behind arty). Hoping that his team destroys all tanks so he can rush in and kill enemy arty. Plain and simple report them! Don`t kill them, even if they don`t fight your team can still use their radio and the enemy may think twice with what strength you may have hidden.

On the other hand team kill for no reason then kill them. There seems to be a new craze at the moment which is, block the tier 10, arty or tier 9 TDs. I have had this happen to me on lakeville. Enemy batman rushed the middle, I was in T1105E and raced back to protect arty only tho have an IS block me then block me again leaving me in the open taking hits. I killed him after asking several times for him to stop. I obviously died from arty fire, but my whole team reported the IS, as others see it happen.

On Campinovka we had a T95 and also platoon of amx13-90 and panther 2, they stayed at base and blocked the T95, several times he asked them to stop, but they gave him abuse and carried on. He killed them both, then went on to kill 7 enemy. I wrote to support and told them what happened, and although team kill is against the rules I said he had no choice. Support told me they would investigate the matter and would take blocking of team mates as a very serious issue and deal with that accordingly. They did not say anything about T95 team killing!!

Report them for team damage. If enough people do it they'll get a ban.

I understand your frustration, and could understand arty if and I mean IF, you were in a T44 face hugging a T95 on 700HP, saying sorry and acknowledge that you gave yourself to the tam for the greater good. Accidents happen but taking a shot at a tier 6 face hugging ally tier 8 is very bad form. I think the arty would learn better if you report him for team damage, tell him why. Then give him some stick for it. He may not be a good player but no likes to be reminded of that lol..

I consider intentional team-killers as the weak who cant damage enemy tank, so instead they shoot allies, that are easier targets.

You know, there are people that want just to shoot something, regardless, if enemy or ally. Desperate people.


For me, it's like scoring intentional own goal just to get a goal scored or to punish goal-keeper for standing...

I feel more sorry than outraged that someone so fundamentally missed the meaning of a word "game".

The only moment i think of teamkilling is if i am behind a bush with a td and a idiot team-member drives directly IN the bush and stays there.

I had a fun match with my leopard. It all began with t14 trying to kill me at the begining of the match and my teamate kv saved me but he was teamkilled for it and the guy that killed him was also teamkilled and in the end there were 7 teamkills in total and 4 of them were made by the same person just killing other teamkillers...
