Quality tank. It's small and quick and it has a borderline OP gun. The biggest weakness would be the poor HP pool. Managed to get Ace Tanker in the 3rd battle and this thing is going to serve well as a crew trainer if I ever decide to play Russian lights.

A much better mission reward than the terribad Chi-Nu-Kai. Thanks WG. :)

I remember when we got gifted this little tank for free for (as I recall) New Year 2012.  Lot of fun and one of the reasons my Soviet LT crews are so good.

I've been looking for Tetrach forever, after missing the christmas gift.

Now, when i got it from the mission, I can see it's NOT that great machine i thought it was.

Don't get me wrong - It's still (very)good, but pretty well balanced. I just can't honestly call it OP.

Poor traverse and viewrange, balanced power/weight ratio and low hp pool keep the tank's performance in check.

This makes it a proper premium tank in my opinion.

And it leads to another question - why all the other gift tanks, have to be so underwhelming or even plain bad?

Well, I'm sorry your disappointed by Tetrarch, but it's a rather good light tank. Although rather fragile and with a rather limited view range, Tetrarck's speed and firepower make up for it's downsides. There is one more positive side to it, that is often neglected. Tetrarch has the best radio then any other tank on tier 2. This has enabled me to use my Tetrarch as an command & radio relay tank, when we were playing in tournaments. Even on small maps like Himmelsdorf tier 2 tanks can lose radio contact with each other, so this is a rather useful ability.

Regarding other gift tanks performance, I think that the time of their introduction played it's part in this matter. The Hotchkiss H35 and Pz.Kpfw. 38H 735 (f) "Minimaus" were once the tanks that plagued tier 2. Especially the Pz.Kpfw. 38H 735 (f) Minimaus was problematic during that period (back then gold ammo could only be bought for in-game gold). It is basically a Hotchkiss H35 with significantly better top speed, hit points, traverse, view range, signal range, penetration, rate of fire, aim time and accuracy. The only disadvantages in comparison are slightly poorer engine power and gun depression. There was a time when the only thing to stop one was another Pz.Kpfw. 38H 735 (f). And then came the addition of the Tetrarch and tier 2 TD's which had guns that could easily penetrate its armor. This combined with tanks removal from the in-game store in February 2012, brought an end to his reign. Therefore, recent situation ensured that gift tanks that followed (first T1E6 and then T7, Mk. VIC, Te-Ke & Pz.Kpfw. II Ausf. D), could handle most of it's targets even with their limited armament (because today not every tank you face in tier 2 is an Minimaus). Still, I wouldn't mind if game would receive some new gift tank with more potent armament (diversity is always welcome).

OP, can you make one please for the LTTB and the light tank that is one tier higher than the LTTB (Forgot the tank name, too lazy to open the game and check, guess i check tomorrow.).

Not really interested in tier 2 tanks because people dont play low tiers, (Unless you are seal clubber.).

Tetrach - a nice gift at the time, but somewhat 'tired' these days - the auto-canons tend to rip it apart very quickly. I very rarely drive mine, and then it's just for old times sakes. :(
