I use cam, binos and GLD, aim time is woeful. Find cover, and snipe is the plan for the Tet, as a burst from any autocannon will nearly kill you, and the second will. You can't slug it out, although the gun depression is good, so if you can get hull-down, your a very small target.

Also, ruining 735f's days is quite fun.

I really enjoyed this tank first but it gets boring after a while. This is mainly because the gun has a rather long aiming time due to horrid dispersion values when turning, moving or rotating the turret. On the other hand, you can penetrate anything you face with relative ease. You most probably will lose to a BT-2 since it has a lower reload time on its best gun and it has a larger HP pool. Pz II with the best autocannon is among your worst possible encounters.

Turning speed is really bad when affected by non-road terrain. You lose about 35% mobility when going off-road so I suggest taking Off-Road Driving for the driver.

Values here:
<terrainResistance>
1.02857142857143 (roads, city terrain)
1.37142857142857 (grasslands, plains)
2.51428571428571 (mud, swamp)
</terrainResistance>

It's by no means a bad tank since most players you face have poor crews and you can still have loads of fun in it despite its obvious flaws. :Smile_great:

Questian regarding the Tetrarch:

Ive heard a few times that the Tetrarch will be available as a regular tank with release of the british techtrees. Is that confirmed?

On the pics of the preliminary trees i can see light tanks named "Cruiser I-IV! So one of these is the techtree-incanation of the tetrarch?

Yes, the Tetrarch is most likely going to be in the British tech tree like Churchill also. It's the same thing with M3 Stuart now.

The researchable versions are going to be superior like they should but their money making abilities will be worse.

No! They can't do that. I want to be only tetra in a match so I can kill everyone.

Here's my tetra stats after 400 battles.

Yeh, i rarely leave a game without less than 5 kills. Tetrach is one of the crown jewels in this game. Amazing little tank. Funyn thing is, it can completely wreck havoc on all enemys it encounters. It can even destroy Tier IV tanks easily.

I missed getting it, due to lack of internet connection during the promotion.

It's the only British tank I don't have! It pains me every time I see one :C

Hopefully, it will make another appearance, and I can pick it up in the future. Though maybe I'll never have a premium one. I have to make do with my t-127 instead

If you have T-127 you really don't need another premium Soviet light tank. I had it also but sold it as I liked Tetrarch more.

Well no, I don't -need- the tetrarch. But it is the only in game british tank I'm missing! And that bugs me.

Aside from the Matilda BP, which isn't open for me yet. And, apparently, is depressingly bad.

Well you can get the actual British tech tree version when it is implemented, probably even makes better credits due to better performance.

What is the point of the Matilda BP? Same deal as Type 59G or White Tiger? As in, same tank but different texture.

It's a Matilda tank, with the prototype conqueror turret, and the same QF 6pdr. that is currently in the premium churchill and Ram II.

When I received the tetrach as a gift I didn't think much of it, now I think is the best tank I have, top gun medals with it are very common, very fun to play.

btw, an option "none of the above" in question 2

Any chance to see that back in the gift shop? Its the only premium tank I really want right now and I would probably pay handsomely for a special sale.

Damn I got into this game long after 7.1, I think there is no way to get it now.
What I can do however is rape them in my T2LT, if i can get close they die in one clip from that fearsome autocannon, poor Tet is not gonna bounce any of those 15 shots.

You and me both.  I had the Mk VII Tetrarch and then sold it for the garage space...  Bad mistake.  I loved the little tank and would love to be able to get it back.  It was just plain fun to play!  I really hope WG puts it in the shop sometime.

Guys, something has just occured to me. Is the APCR on the Tet WG's attempt to simulate the Littlejohn adaptor?   :Smile_unsure:

Strangely, i much prefer the BT2 to the tet.
prob my play style, but BT2 feels more agile, so can dogfight better, and even when sniping the BT2 gun aims and shoots faster and more accurately.
To me the tet is just a fatter BT2 and higher damage and slightly thicker armor isn't worth all the other bits it falls behind BT2...
If it wasn't a 'special' premium, i would have sold it ages ago for garage space
