Stay back in it? One or two chances to fire? With T110? Posted Image

Yes of course.
A T110 in close combat is a free kill or atleast a good amount of penetrating hits for almost every tank.

Are you serious? 800+ solo randoms, 67% win rate, 3520 avg dmg and 1045 avg xp says otherwise for me. And I drive it insanely aggressively. Just pushing in the right places, always engaging the enemy T10s and obliterating them with the insane DPM. Even at close range an IS7 doesn't have a chance.

This tank is great for assaults, long range, mid range and close range, although the latter its most weak at, but still being strong enough to out DPM anything. And people can't aim at the lower plate. They aim at the upper part of the lower plate, and ding. Only a few aim at the lower and mid lower plate and go through.

I'm always the one driving force in the match. Calling a T110 useless in randoms is like saying derp KV used to suck in tier 5 matches.

Think he meant that in close range it's easier for the enemy to get to your sides and have a field day.

Your assessment if correct for any 1v1 situation or where the enemies just stay in one direction and you can keep facing them. But as soon as one grows a brain to come to your sides the situation starts to get interesting.

I don't know if you are the only one paired with only Tier 1 Tanks, but i haven't met a Tier VIII tank that wasn't able to pen my front at close ranges and inflicting heavy damage (Ammorack). Not to speak of Tier IX+

The biggest strength of the T110 is that the average WoT player is barely able to tie his own shoes.
It's the easiest tier 10 to get kills in, but it's also the easiest to actually kill.

I LOVE this tank.

I get straight in there in mine.

Keep yourself front on and use the rapid fire gun to take out the big boys.

I would like more alpha damage, and that damm silly cupolla gotten rid off, but that would leave just the lower glacis as a weak spot and we cant be havinga usa tank on par with the is7 with only 1 frontal weak spot.

MASSIVE step up over the plastic front T30, and they gave me the T34 back as a free prem. BOO YA.

This, this so much. It has weakspots so close to hardpoints, and vice versa. They get confused, and just can't pen.

Guess we play a different game then.

Seems as if I get the games where everyone has a hitzone skin or foes that know how to play.

Do you constantly move with it? I mean, in close combat, you have to hit W and S repeatedly so your tank wiggles. This causes your lower plate to go up and down, causing them to shoot the peak very often.

I'm using A and D for that purpose.

A D wiggling only affects horizontal aiming, they can still aim low and penetrate the lower plate. W S affects vertical aiming, since the lower plate rocks back and worth.

Everything penetrate this tank from front in that stupid machine gun turret. No matter what i do, move foward, backward, turn left or right, still everyone hit it and penetrate. It is so frustating. At first i liked that tank, but now i barely can play it. What a point of armor if here is huge weak spot on your turret, which can be hit bassicly from any position.

Just got mine. 9 games, 8 wins, 1 loss. No, not in a platoon. The weakspots are pretty big, other than that i like it.

Its LFP weakspot is so small and not easy to pen reliably >50m. The upper part of that tumour is certain ding just lower part is dmg which is hard to hit again. As i see in randoms they'r bad-ass.

good thing that there are the driver's optics, the turret around the gun mantlet, the tumor, the LFP, that round-shaped thing around the gun (210mm armor protection, check it).
