So i just got the T29, and i was thinking of transfering my crew from the M6, but the T29 is one less gunner and one more loader, so i would need one new crew member won't i? As i can't change the role of crew members i guess?

Also what skills/perks should i get for the T29? Brothers in arms? Repair?

First skill on any heavy should be repair however I would argue that Commander's first skill should be mentor, it's +10% crew xp adds up in the long run.

Well, this is something I can answer.

Yep, you need a new crew because the T29 has 2 loaders. Or you can retrain the M6 crew, and if you have them around 75% when retrained, you can just train the one loader to 75% with credits.

I don't know which skills would be the most useful, but I'm guessing repair? I used Jack of All Trades, Snap Shot, Smooth Ride, Relaying, Safe Stowage and Repair. I used Snap Shot and Smooth Ride because I used the 90mm and I had a rammer, vertical stabilizer and gun laying drive as equipments. It was quite accurate during movement and it worked really well for me. There's just my 2 cents.

Why not use BiA? It seems like a good allround skill to me. Thinking of moving the crew to M103 when i get there so do those skills/perks work for M103 and T110?

If you take BiA as first instead of retraining you will play a short forever without getting absolutely no bonuses at all, does not really make any sense for a heavy.

I found this: http://code.google.com/p/wotxp/

and with it you can calculate how long it would actually take to reach 100% for BiA. Using my stats on T29 it would take 220-280 battles depending on rapid training. That is a whole lot of battles without getting anything at all from the crew.

I chose these skills for my T-29:

Commander: Repair, Jack of all-trades
Gunner: Repair, Designated target
Driver: Repair, Impact
Radio:  Repair, Relaying
Loader1: Repair, Adrenaline Rush
Loader2: Repair, Safe Stowage

Repair is the most needed skill for T-29 so you can quickly repair tracks. Because of the size of tank, tracks will be often damaged. Trust me.
