Game crashing when switching to sniper mode

Hey,
I've noticed this long ago, already before the 7.0 update:
Sometimes (I can't really tell when exactely), the game crashes when I go into sniper mode. This happened for all vehicles, artillery included. I think it was gone somewhere around 7.0 but reappeared with the next update. If the crash occurs, it usually does when switching to sniper mode for the first time of the match.
It is utterly annoying, the game crashes entirely in very crucial moments and I have to force quit and restart the entire application.
I think the bug occurs more often, the more games I play successively but the likeliness of occurence does not decrease after each crash and restart. Could this be a memory issue?
I can't believe this is a known bug, otherwise it would have been fixed long ago.
Do you have any advice for me?

Go to settings and turn off post processing. If you are lucky the problems are gone.
