Pretty pointless "guide". Same text as ingame.

Anything on the wiki is better then anything on WOT website. Visit the wiki. Best place for information rather then here.

Nice idea, but in fact this only repeats the text available in the game, nothing more.

Why did you only post academy training for 100 gold? It's 200 Gold. 100 Gold apply only on some specials. You're fooling your customer. But wait... That's normal, isn't it?

i know the WG staff / EU Community Team means well but without hards facts / numbers the skill descriptions are not so worthwhile for the end game content part  of the community
is there a possibility to know by how much the skills and perks boost their area ???

1. They made a game that they dont know how it works, and are embarrassed to admit it?
2. They wont ask how game works from those who coded it?
3. They are too scared to ask how the game works from those who coded it? (are nerds that terrible?)
4. Those who coded the game wont tell how the game works?
5. They dont really care what the community thinks?

And where are skills and perks numbers ? These informations we can alerady read in game. You did not say nothing new. This is basic guide just for new players.

For example:
1) The Sixth Sense perk: "This perk allows the Commander to identify whether the vehicle is detected by the enemy. Sixth Sense comes into effect after it reaches 100%."
When you do not say that commander identify detection after 3 seconds, whole this sentence is useless.

2) The Preventative Maintenance perk: "The perk reduces the chance of engine fire by preventing gas or oil leakage in the engine compartment. The perk comes into effect after it reaches 100%."
And where is the percentage of the chance ? Is it 1%, 50% or 80% reduction  ?

You forgotten the main informations.

agree +1 to you and -1 to WG.....

Guys, guys, they can't reveal the exact data, that would ruin the placebo effect   Also it would prevent them from fiddling with the parameters in the future. B)
I knew that this guide would be useless, just as the other guides and explanations before it...pathetic.
