Updated our Clan Logo last night and still not presented in game. (500 gold to change btw)

So I thought I made something wrong, and my dumpass reuploaded it (again 500 gold)... Still not in game...

How long does it take?!??! Seriously, not really funny for me atm.

Same problem here updated 2 days ago and still no change on tanks.
I see a new logo on the website but not on tanks.

Me is a bit pissed that I spent now 1500 gold for a clan logo. Damn it. (1 time 500 gold some months ago (first upload), then the update last night and then my 2nd re-upload just ~1h ago.)

I just found a solution to our problem in Polish section of forum:

Just delete content of : C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks\custom_data

and reload the game it helped in my case.

All clan logos etc. are saved in your local cache folder, so the game doesn't need to download it all the time. Everyone else seeing your clans logo for the first time sees the correct one (the newest one).

To fix it on your own computer (assuming you are using windows) you have to delete your cache files. To do this close the game, then go to C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks\custom_data and delete all the files in the folder. The game will download all the necessary files when you start the game again, so no worries.

Hope it helps :)

Edit: MikiMan beat me to it ;)

Um...I go to my C:\Users\your username\

And then I don't see a folder for AppData. I use Windows 7, any possibility I can do this another way?

This is a hidden system folder (need to unlock in folder options)

Usually it is a hidden folder.
Click start, and type in the search area %appdata% and it should open you the folder.

So how do I unlock the folder? Can't seem to be able to make the AppData folder appear.

Yeah I found the Appdata folder using that method....but the only folder in it is a folder called 'Local' ...

lol - 500 gold for every upload?!?

in german i would say: "die verdienen sich mit dem blödsinn eine goldene nase!"

and WG even doesn't say it's cached somewhere localy and you only have to delete the cache to see it changed? This is real nice customer support. Take as much money from us as possible.
