I have now been waiting for my account unlocked since the 12th of may,billing partner has confirmed credit to my account and i still have no access,customer support hasnt even answered my last mail from the 12th may and i see their is alot of others stating similar complaints this past week.

From responses I have received, they have been pretty polite and swift in their actions. Tough I say.

You would do better getting in training to get your hit rate up rather than acting like a mod  here on the forums dont you think.

It's quite well known, you pay for gold with Billing Partner, something goes wrong, your account gets suspended.

OP, all you can do is hassle support some more, nobody that matters actually looks at the forum.

Your knowledge on support issues is very limited noob maybe you should stick to answering things YOU can answer,you get suspended if you get a chargeback issue and my account has been suspended for a full month because of this issue.The credit has been paid to the billing partner days ago and i should have got my account back....now do you understand noob !

You are just showing your ignorance even more.

This is what happens.

You set up a payment through Billing Partner, they accept the payment and tell WG to give you the gold.

Billing Partner then screw up the actual transfer, not sure why but they seem pretty inept at bank transfers.  Your account then gets suspended.  You have to sort things out with Billing Partner who pretty much hold you to ransom over something which was caused by their incompetence.

Once you have sorted it out they don't bother to tell WG to unblock your account.

Now, if I had seen this happen once or twice I would think it was user error but it has happened tens of times, and that's just those that were reported via the forum.

having same problem usless fing support...paid for 5k gold...gw take money 5 days later no gold...gw wanted bank statements,screen shots of my account.and i even gave them the bank approval codes for good measure...guess what?
not 1 fing reply...next step is contacting visa who will get my money back ...and i report company to british trading authority as they are registered as a company in london..

and im paypal ....
