Last night I sent a gift from the giftshop. The other user has accepted it via the website.
Yet, there is no gold added in the account... Why so?Anyone else with such problems?

there was a notice somewhere saying due to high demand it can take a while for gift shop to catchup, few hours to a day or two i think.

Considering that this is an entirely digital transaction I'm wondering how it's at all possible for the gift shop to need to 'catch up'.

Unless it's one of the dev's grannies running it by hand?

I have same proplem too, but i bougth a gift package. /tank,money,etc/ They immediatelyremovedmy moneyfrom my paypal account.
The support not answer my ticket since a day.....

Ye, but I did not use direct debit, I paid paypal....

Dear Warming game crew. Yesterday I bought 1850 gold and 7 days premium,I paid paysafecard and to this day I have not received my gift. I remember the event time passes and I want to use it.
Please do something with this problem.

I have all the numbers of transactions,in case of problems with the reliability of my purchase.

I got to say this is an first how the hell do you create a delay in a digital transaction these days ?
If your backend database or transaction systems are fucked just close the shop dont take peoples money and say it will show up sometime.

This borders on the fraudulent .

ive decided to try this new promotion, got confirmation via mail from support and ultimatepay and still no gold no premium

tho i think my garage looks a lil bit different ;]

Today I bought a friend a gift. and still it does not. If you get it immediately, interrupt a transaction and want money back!
