Why is the Type 59 unavailable to buy atm ?

WG just wants to keep it a "premium premium tank". It will definitely be on the shelves later on, but it will take time. How much time? That depends on how long does it take for players to forget the previous post-sale Type-hordes.

It was said it will be available in future events, and so far it has been only available in one event, so it should come back at least once more, in theory.
I'm waiting for it as well because I missed the last sale by a few hours (I didn't know it ends on Friday morning).

Answer is simple, it was removed because the unbelievable amount of types did f*** up the matchmaker!

It would be cool if it came back in a vacation event. My vacation starts soon (only 2 weeks tho), but it would be cool if the Type would pop up so I can play it.

Why people can not read what guy wrote. Of course it is OP. Name me one t8 tank no matter heavy/ med or whatever that could earn that amount of money in game.... There is no one... not even Lowe can not earn money as Type....
