Suggestion: Lower tier premium tanks to ha...

Hello Fellow players.

This topic is to highlight a less heard off minor flaw on lower tier premium tanks.

As we all know, Premium Tanks generate more money then standard tanks for their tier's. Another thing they are also good at is XP gaining, which is higher then their tier counter parts too. With the last point inmind, this makes our premium tanks great crew trainers. Well that would be the case if premium tank crew slots were compatable with their nations normal tank's.

For example take the Russian T-127 or the lend-lease M3 Stuart.

Crew for both tanks

Commander
Gunner
Driver
Radio Operator

Now the T-50 / T50-2 Crew seating.

Commander
Gunner
Driver
Loader.

Now as you can see the crew's are incompatable with each other which is a problem for some players. If either the premium tanks were made to be compatable with normal tanks this might help fill more tanks in the smaller tiers battles. Also as an increase in some of these beautyful premium tanks to add more variety to the game. Aswell as serving their 2nd purpose as crew trainers.

Sadly its the same story with the Matilda not being able to house the T-34 crew due to incompatability.

Anyway, thanks for reading.

Your T-50/T-50-2 loader won't stay behind, because in his "native" tank he will get XP resulting from accelerated crew training. (Unless, of course, you play 1 battle in T-50-2 for every 10 battles in T-127/M3.)

Similar thing with Matilda/T-34.

I noticed this as well. I have both a T-127 and a Valentine for training as the Valentine has a slot for the loader but I had to recruit a Radio Operator simply for the T-127.

I would love to play some of the more Rarer tanks such as the L-L Stuart and my T-127 and feel more progressive and meaningful if i can train up my light tank crews in them. Its such a shame this has not been thought off :(

I have a Tetrarch and I bought a Valentine when it was on sale at 300 gold. Tetrarch is a perfect driving school for T-26/46 and BT-2/7. I have been using Valentine to train MS-1 guys :Smile_veryhappy:  and loader for T-50. Problem solved. :Smile_Default:

I just take a new crew for every tank. Call me crazy if you will.
~20 crew members with a second skill, standing by :D
