Russian bias is the past which became a running gag after they fixed most of the unbalanced gaps (which do existed!). If you take those kids who still believe in it serious, its your fault.
As for the community relations: There is naturally russian bias. Wargaming shouldnt deny that and we shouldn't blame them for this. Everything else would be like complaining about australian beer and demanding it to be changed, just because we few foreign drinkers dont like the taste.

Its a PayToWin Arcade game without any restrictions age or intelligent wise, if you can't handle low class chatting/behaviour of arrogant, dumb or intollerant people, then you are simply wrong here. Making the game unattractive to dumb kids or deactivating Chat / the open forum would be the only working method to stop this. Too bad tho that Wargaming itself encourages with gameplay decisions and in communication ("own those noobs with elite ubertank if you get bored") exactly those people to play the game excessively. This game actually is special tailored to attract those kids who pay to win ("own") and prefer brainless grind, instead of targeting players who would pay for complex gameplay, fairness, social interaction and stuff.

Ignoring the obvious russophobia of either the "old" or "new" players is something you can do, nobody stops you. But it is embedded in a lot of posts, comments etc. I were not here from the beggining so I don't know if the russians were in fact OPmobiles a lot of people is claiming them to be and especcially cannot estimate each member if he is a kid with kid's views or simply ignorant etc. But still a lot of peeps are signing petitions, in the E-75 topic some guy said that the tank is the weakest T9 and got positive rep. Seriously WTF?!
I think what SerB wanted with the comment about "owning noobs" is a straight answer to the whiners. I mean if you can own people in that IS-8 tin can made of paper then the ones being owned really ought to be called noobs...

When germans would made such a game, it were realistic. 100% more than our wot.
German tanks weren't the best in the game, when it comes out of germany and german tanks would be the best they would call them n***.
they would make evrey tank as good as they were in real life.
But my real question:
when i have t-50-2 in my garage get i the new t-50-2 (which i call bt-10 :D) for free or must i buy/research it? same with new tier 10 meds t-54/t-62a
