Clearly one of the most beautiful maps, yet also one of the most annoying and complex to play on!

Only downside is the weird grass texture on the slopes with the trees sticking out, just looks too unnatural when driving through it. A little grass would help a lot there.

I hate this map as a fast tank... I'm always getting stuck on those small hills or in bamboo forests..

It's a very pretty map, but I don't know if it is really a World of Tanks map to be honest. Most of the time you feel more like a mountain goat than a tank :)

ps: Can you please make the image click-able so they enlarge. I'm not a post stamp collector and would like the see things bigger. They don't work for me.

Komarin / Malinovka / Dragons Ridge / Swamp ...

All very bad ideas gamers seem to dislike these maps in the huge bulks only a very few seem to attach to them for money making purposes its always best to listen to the bigger audience sadly so in time hopefully you will be able to avoid certain maps with a feature to tick and de tick etc :).

Huge map... but decision if you win or fail is still in village.

Yes, it's a great map, perfect even... if the game was World of Dugouts, Bunkers and Pilboxes. :Smile-bajan2:  IMHO and based on history AFAIK, if any mechanised or tank army chooses a battleground like this, it would be doomed.
But hey, it's realy makes everyone think, it's adding a diversity, so keep up the good work! Especially in the area of famous, accurate battlegounds!

It's a pretty map and much better game play than Province, however I think it is a shame the majority of fighting only goes along 1 axis on the map and you basically only have 2 strategically important locations to fight...

Well, I am being kind and gentle.

My opinion on this map is:

"if 1000000  monkeys would design a map for WoT for about 1000000 years, they might come out wih dragon rige"

This maps clearly reflects the tendency of the Devs to give us more esthetical maps but completley unplayable: arty can not shoot, TD's have no line of fire, lights and meds can not run, heavies take an eternity to crosss it etc.
This is - probably - in my humble opinion, the WORST map in the game.

WG, please, give us some normal maps, where tanks could actualy move.
Thnx for your understanding.

We should be able to turn off the fog on the bottom. It looks pretty but screws up my FPS down to 5-6.

While the design is awsome, it is one of the two maps ( along with Province) that i wish removed from the game ( or given the possibility to choose not to play them). First of it is unrealistic , no commander in sane minds would use heavy vehicles on this landscape, and second, flanking on left side takes too long to have any effect on the skirmish that most likely take place on the right side and in middle village. The battle between heavies is usually close to end before any light tank can go around and find artillery.

Ah yes, Chinese Mountain Hell Dragon Ridge. A pretty thing, but very annoying to play on. The enemy is anywhere other than that village and it's like watching snails having a fight on a cluttered desk.

Also, where are the Pandas? I heard there were some in the trees, but I can never find them...

Dragons Ridge - looks nice, plays badly, causes red screen for a lot of players.

If we had been given the choice on what maps to remove from the rotation, much as I dislike Komarin and Swamp, this map would have been getting a vote from me.

Wargaming please give us maps that are fun and playable with ALL tank classes.

I really love this map, it is very dynamic, and almost impossible to camp during the whole battle.
On the other hand i hate to play it atm cuz everytime i play it i have a red screen while zooming so i have to restart to play the map in a decent way.
And the battle after dragons ridge i also need to restart cuz of red screen. So i hate to play it cuz i know i will have to restart my game twice ):<

the map is GREAT, especially for (high tier) mediums and fast heavy`s...

the map looks nice, and 1 of the better maps out there :)

if u compare this with province or swamp, u have no clue how to play....

@ those map u have like 2 or 3 routes to take, all guarded by hordes of campers (and arty) while @ dragon ridge, u can move round freely, coz there no campers @ default spots, the fighting is ``random``, u can get shot from any direction...

it also allows for serious flanking (drive completly round them) which is not possible on ANY OTHER map then this...

great, great map, and far better then south coast... (south coast is the usual ``camp with a heavy/TD @ chokepoint well it rains arty shell`` map)

+1 for WG, for creating this map
