I cannot get them to work? I wanted to watch a replay from earlier today. I double click the replay file, WoT loads, and goes straight to the garage.....NOTHING!

That never happend to me. even when launching the 0.7.2 replays.
Maybe reinstall the game, that fixes a lot of unknown issues.

Close WoT, change .wotreplay file to open with WorldOfTanks.exe, then run the .wotreplay file. Hope this helps
