Because I was reaaaaly curious about these new vehicles, I translated the text myself. Here's the first part(and sorry for my english, feel free to tell me what's wrong):

Germany:

Brummbar
Designed by Alkett in cooperation with Krupp. First prototype was ready by February 1943. the vehicle was produced serially from April 1943 to March 1945 with total 298 tanks produced. Further 8 vehicles were conversed from PzKpfw IV. First used in operation “Citadel”, then it was used until the end of war on all fronts.

E-10
Light tank destroyer project. Interesting feature of the project was adjustable ground clearance, which allowed to change the vehicle’s height from 1760mm to 1400mm. 12 TDs were to have Maybach HL 100 or Argus engines mounted. Development of E-10 was cancelled due to TD Hetzer entering mass production.

E-25
The E-25 was developed under the  Waffenprüfamt 6’s project “E”. E-25 was worked upon by the specialists from the Argus company under dr Herman Klaue. No prototype was built.

Jagdpanther II
Built on the Panther II tank basis. The crew compartment was to be in the rear of the vehicle and 128mm gun was to be mounted. Existed only in blueprints.

JgdPz E-100
Self propelled AA guns, tank destroyer and supporting vehicles were planned to be made on the basis of the tank E-100, however the projects never entered proper development.

Marder III
TD on the basis of the PzKpfw 38(t). The PaK 40 or PaK 36® were mounted in the rear of the vehicle, in the open crew compartment. Entered service in the end of 1942. Mass produced to the June/July 1944. Used to the end of war.

Nashorn.
Prior to 1944 known as Hornisse. Produced on the same chasis as the SPG Hummel. First used in battles on the eastern front. 494 vehicles were produced.

Roket Sturmtiger
Developed on the basis of PzKpfw VI Tiger. First prototype was built in autumn, 1944 and on 20. October it was shown to the government of Reich. The prototype was tested and then took part in suppressing the Warsaw Uprising. Total of 18 vehicles were built(not counting the prototype).

Sturer Emil
Experimental TD, based on the chasis of the prototype heavy tank VK3001(H). In 1942 2 vehicles were made and used on the eastern front.

Part 2:

USA

M3A3
M3A3 was a further development of the M3 light tank with welded hull of new shape. Development started in the April 1942. New hull allowed the crew compartment to grow in size. New tank was 2t heavier than it’s predecessor. M3A3 was mass produced from January to September 1943. During this time 3427 tanks were built, 2045 of which were shipped to Great Britain, where they were renamed Stuart V.

M4 90V
Developed in the last phase of war by American army in order to modernize M4 Sherman. The diameter of the turret ring and turret’s width were altered, which allowed M26 turret with 90mm gun to be mounted. However, later  it was decided that M26 tank would be produced instead.

M4 improved
Project of the M4 tank with angled armor plates of hull and turret was developed by Detroit Arsenal in August 1942. This project increased formidably the crew protection level of the tank without increasing the tank’s weight and hampering it’s performance. Existed only in blueprints.

Panther M10
During preparations to operation in Ardennes four “Panthers” were disguised as the TD M10 in 150. SS Tank Brigade, which goal was fighting and sabotaging the allied forces. Disguised “Panthers” fought against the part of 120. American Infantry Division on 21. February 1945. One vehicle was destroyed, while the remaining 3 were captured by Americans, after their crews left them.

T110E3
In 1954 the conference regarding future of heavy tanks took place in Detroit. Early concepts of few new tanks were presented there. The Chrysler Corporation was offered building a new heavy tank based on one of these projects. The main condition for the project was to be able to drive through the Bern National Tunnel. After looking through few blueprints all the further development was stopped.

T110E4
The same as T1100E3

T1E6
Modifications of T1E4-T1E6 was much different than the previous ones.  They were based on the British tank Vickers E. First change was announced by Cunningham in 1931, after research in 1932 the improved version was planned, but experimental tank T2 took the priority.

T1 M1921
Development of  M1921 was ordered in 1919.Packard Motor Company produced the prototype in 1922. The tank had many innovative features, including the commander’s cupola and wooden joints between track’s segments. Never serial produced. T1 and T1E1 tanks were made based on the prototypes.

T23E3
Development of the tank started in April 1943. The prototype came out in August 1944. From its predecessor, the T23 tank, T23E3 inherited the individual wheel suspension with torsion-beam axle. The vehicle was never produced, it never entered service, either.

T24
Experimental SPG on the M3 chasis. Development of the vehicle started in autumn1941. In November, the Baldwin company built the first prototype. The vehicle was tested, but not mass produced.

T6M
In August 1940 leading figures of American army formulated technical requirements for the vehicle, that would replace M3. The development of the new vehicle started in February 1941. During the work on the project many parts of M3 tank were used. Wooden mock-up was ready in June 1942 and on 2. September 1942 the prototype’s tests started. After a few adjustments T6 prototype entered service as M4 tank.

T88
Self propelled gun with 105mm howitzer based on the hull of M18. The request of the vehicle’s development was announced on 31. August 1944. The works were carried out by the people from Buick Company car department. First prototype was ready in the beginning on 1945, but further works were cancelled due to war ending.

ZSRR

A-43
Developed in 1941 in the factory number 183 and under the name A-43. The tank was to replace T-34. The vehicle was to be equipped with torsion-beam axle, diesel engine W-5, new KPP(?), commander’s cupola and thickened to 60mm front plate.

A-44
Project was developed in April 1941, it’s main developer was factory no 183, J.S.Baer. Three versions of the vehicle were planned, with varying speed, weight and armament. Prototype was to be produced in the beginning of 1941, but because of the war’s breakout and evacuation all works were cancelled.

IT45
Light TD based on the components and parts from T-60 and T-70. Early blueprints date back to summer 1942. In 1943 the development of the vehicle was cancelled, because engine and armament production costs were too high.

Object 268
The development started in summer 1952 under the direction of OKBT LKZ J. J. Kotin. The vehicle was based on the heavy tank T-10’s(IS-8) chassis. Prototype was built in 1956. The vehicle was tested, but not produced.

Object 416
Medium tank “Object 416” was designed in KV Factory nr 75 in the autumn 1949. Concept works were over in March 1950. Because of the problem with experimental turret prototype was ready for testing in the late April 1952, after adjustments made by producer further test took place in the summer 1953. The tank was tested, but not produced.

Su-101
Su-101 with D-10C gun and Su-102 with D-25C gun were developed at the same time in 1944. Both vehicles were called “Uralmash-1”. In april 1945 prototypes were built. Never mass produced, never entered service.

Su-100M1
Designed for UZTM in 1944 based on T-34-85. Crew compartment was in the back of the vehicle. However, the priority was given to another vehicle – Su-100M-2 based on the T-44 tank.

Su-100Y
Designed based on the T-100 heavy tank. It’s role was to destroy heavily fortified defence lines and fight enemy’s armored vehicles. It’s copy was made in March 1940. Never saw combat.

Su-122-54
Development started in 1948 and was based mainly on the parts used in T-54. It entered service in 1954. Mass produced in 1955, with about 100 vehicles built.

Su-76I
Developed based on the captured German vehicles StuG III and Panzer III in 1943 by the Factory no 37 in Swierdłowsk. 200 vehicles were made.

T-35
Designed from 1931 to 1932 under the direction of N. Barykov. Produced from 1932 to 1939 in the Kharkov Engine factory, which made it the only serial produced five-turret tank in the world. In the middle 30s numerous tries were made to improve the tank, but all of them proved ineffective. Most of the vehicles were lost in the first days of war. Last operation in which T-35s were used was battle of Moscow. 2 prototypes and 61 serial vehicles were built.

The last part is on the way.
