3 shells form batchat 155, 3/4 shot of other arties, best part is that it can't miss and if it cathces you in the open (mlost maps are open) you are simply dead just watching as the OP tank user sits in base and shells you in piece.
Counter arty of course can shoot at id if the bat 155 user doesn't understand to turn the turret to 90 degrees and move a bit sideways after every shot... really hard to counter and bat chat still keep raining shells on the tracked tracked tank and keep tracking over and over again. Bat chat 155 is also really goo for countering, last match I saw one bat chat killed 3 arties with one clip... also when you get close to that arty with E-50 for example good bat chat 155 driver just rapes with it, especially because your tank has almost always taken some damage when you finally get to the enemies OP arty.

You dont have batchat on eu server....did you even try it on test server? Becouse I played about 150 games with it on test server and what you are writing is pure crap

It's definately a good arty, and what he describes can be done, but not (easily) againt good players. Did pwn an e-50 last night with batchat 155 who thought he could take on the arty, but he really sucked. He came chasing after me, and around a corner i waited for him with 4 shells ready :P
I think in CW's you will only see it in arty maps, it's a very nice addition to have with more heavier hitting arty.

- ok, T92 with a direct hit is hard, but it has a God damn monster splash that rape crews and modules
- Object261? This fast firing arty is a hell of a nightmare! even take a hit from it? with AP? you'd better be carrefull with his 180mm, particulary when facing a good 261 driver. One mistake and you gone!
- GW-E? a mix of both! a good splash with an overall OK accuracy. It can blast you AND/OR badly cripple you
Batignolle? seen one today firing from 200m to an IS-4 (guy was a total noob not even seeing this arty not moving behind him)
what he did with direct hit? approx 380 / missed / 400 / 370
This arty is nowhere overpowered..... ho! maybe in relocating
I am much more scared of GW-E , 261 or T92 than this little fast firing Grille

I saw bat155 once, unluckely on the other team. It bombarded me in my T95 (the map was bad)....
First shot splashed the tracks and next shots ruined the roof. He would have killed me unless GWPanther had not stolen the kill.
What I've seen from replays and self-experience, I wouldn't call this arty useless.
I'd rather take a arty which rewards from hitting, not which rewards for aiming and missing, splashing.
EDIT: I think this arty will be like the other French tanks, noobs will lose pros will own. Can't be sure yet tho, haven't got it myself or seen lots of other player playing it.

Seen it kill 3 arties and hit IS-4 in one clip now in about 50 secs... quite sure they were all spotted (was on their team) but still that's a very usable feature which no other arty in the game has. It surely will have it's uses, specially when platooned with it in randoms.

Honestly, this thing is more of troll than anything. You let another arty splash and detrack, then the batchat 155 can hit once of twice and hope to damage modules.
Not useless, not by a long shot, but far from tier8 arty damage dealer, and very, very far from OP.
And no, saying that it's actually OP because it reacts better in TD mode is not a valid argument. You don't balance an arty with how it reacts in a catastrophic scenario that should not happen in the first place, if your team was playing well. It's like saying a moped is a better than a real motorcycle, because if you crash in it, you're not going as fast so you're less likely to die.

How is the aiming on this during turret traverse? Does the aim circle occupy nearly the whole screen like with the gw tiger?

I would have to say the JT is probably one of the worst examples you could give for showing how OP this arty is... Yes I have a JT and have killed plenty of them their armor is... soft. I usually deal from 300 to 500 dmg couple rare shots on med tanks and arty for around 1000 dmg and have dealt less than 100 on tier 10s. I like to use this arty for CB but have trouble 1 hitting tier 8s some of the time. I have the T92 and in some cases if you hide behind a building I can still splash you or blowup the house you and anyone else in a 9 mile radius :P

Well my friend, i have 14 Elite tanks in my garrage (not so many maybe) and i can make approx 200k Exp per two weeks and after all i'm not playing this game everyday. I got tons of free exp ready to exchange. Its not that hard believe me. I had some golds from contests and events so exchanged some exp for Amx AC 46. I didnt liked it tho. After russian TDs, french's are useless till tier8. But i have tested these new french toys on PTR. Shortly, dont be suprised if you see a new tier8/9 after hours since patch's release. You will see that there will be lots of tier7 and tier8 British tanks around after hours of releasing 7.6 . Good days peope !

Max the crew, get EQ and skills/perks. Will be a monster. You just keep the kid tracked and either you or your teammates eat him up. It has sick accuracy.
