Guess What and Last Week's Winners

Yep, the tank pic was definitely a sandy yellow!
The pic on the winners page is a completely different Steel Grey colour.
What a cheat.
Should have kept the pics to post up here as proof.
In the UK (GMT) the in-game timezone doesn't work properly, so my daily X2 appears a 1am.
And the 'Guess What' pic appears at GMT+2!
Then the contest only lasts 1.5 days instead of 3....
Then there is no link to the winners list from the Contest page, so you have to go and hunt around in the News section, and find it through a link on the Announcement page for the -next- Contest.........
But the email rules on the Announcement page, don't match the email rules on the Forum page, so if you went straight to the Forum Contests page, you would only see half the email rules, and your entry would fail.
What a mess!
Would you like me to come and work for Wargaming, correcting and proofreading the Website?
I'd rather get paid for typing lots of useful info!

And have you checked the pic colours that people are complaining about?
You could post them up here just to prove all the moaners wrong!

Supercharge, is it possible to check mine answer aswell? I sent email about that, but no answer.. I really would like to know, what time did the winners sent their emails, I sent my e-mail (correct answer, explanation, right subject, in game name) at about 18:34/18:35 and I thought that was quite fast

One is YELLOW the other is GRAY.
Now it is strange that I can't post them up here........

Facts:
1.tank was (is) yellow
2.no machine gun on picture fragments
3.how can you determine the size base on the small picture fragments
WG clues of identification:
=> 1. typical grey german color (???)
=> 2. positions of machine gun (???)
=> 3. size of tank (w8 what? wtf??)
correct clues (base on the posted picture) are:
1. position and size of commander viewport on turret
2. position and shape of driver hatch typical for german tanks
3. position/size/shape of air vents in back of tank
4. (maybe the typical german tracks look)
so..everything is working as intended??
*sarcasm* btw..just Locked this and hide somewhere in deep corner of forums..."problem solved" by normal usual way *sarcasm*

Hi,
We checked it for you and as I said before we received many correct replies shortly after the pic was posted.
In your case this was just a matter of seconds.
Please try again next week

Hi Katsu999,
In this picture we used a color filter to make it more difficult.
Otherwise this would be to easy to guess.
