As far as tanks go? No.
Maybe some good battlefield 1942 mods. Have fun playing those by yourself though.
I haven't checked in to see if anything is up with the Tank Ace game lately.

everyone is waiting for Mechwarrior online .......  mechs of all sizes(thay have mutiple weaponson each mech) fight each other, thats right small can be in battle vs biggest  BUT small guns allways do small damage  . no BS like 0% damage or bounce
It will be free2play and GFX are 2 times better  checkout "Mechwarrior living legends" on youtube

forgotten hope 2 is really nice...but in forgotten hope 1 (FHSW mod) you can drive almost every tank made in WWII, even prototypes of tanks, or even blueprints like the RATTE. The update 0.5  is upcoming and there you will be able to drive S-51, Maus, IS-3, M2A1 and other tanks like T29 :D just a link to the news page :D   <link removed>

Gaijin (currently developing War Thunder: World of Planes) announced in the ''polish interview'':

Quote

So War Thunder: World of Planes is only the beginning.
Nevertheless, we want it to be a great start for our WWII game universe and we are working really hard on it.
.

They probaly are going to create another WW2 MMO with tanks as well as battleships, too, but with more realistic feautures as in World of Planes (at least I hope so).

But that isn't expactable in near future, so WoT might be the only avaible game in this genre so far.

A lot of hopes are pinnined on Mechwarrior. If it's half decent then WoT has had it. A friend has played the closed beta and has said it needs a LOT of work still.

They would have to try very hard to make it worse tha WoT though, maybe the could add long-toms and aerospece fighters ^^
