Warning, this mod is not optimized for using with 0.8.5 patch, but you still can use some of it's parts. The full adaptation for current patch is in progress.

Installation:
Some important information:
Before, or after install this mod – please remove the ‘audio’ folder, located in “res_mods/0.8.5/audio”, if you have it.
This is necessary, in order to prevent any glitches and bugs, because all mod’s files installs into main “res” folder, so they could work correctly.
It is highly recommend to have clean WoT client, before installation

Holding out for someone to do an actual Abrams remodel, like they did for the T90. That'd be epic. There are a lot of free Abrams meshes. If I had the obj-->primitives utilities I'd do it.

Been using this a long time since 1.4 english version, and now on 7.4 I was using some files from 1.4.2 and then used some files from latest russian version like hits and engines hehehe, just couldnt play without it!

Quadro, question, is the Sixth Sense Danger Close mod on your website XVM compatible? I can't seem to find it anywhere else, so I thought I'd ask you.
And thanks for this mod, excellent work, been using most of the mods from your site and 1.4 for a bit now and thoroughly enjoy them.

Nope, its incompatible with XVM in 1.4, i just tested it. Sorry for that, i gonna remove that icon from site as not actual anymore.
P.S. Experimental unpacked version - 2.2.1 (25.06.2012). for 0.7.4.

This version is a prototype made for performance tests. If you have small freezes while using regular verion 2.2, then you should try this one, it could help.

A small Fix which removes allied sirens while you team capture the enemy base.
(This may help if you have freezes like 1-2 secs because of this).
If you dont have such freezes, then you dont need this fix.
Installation:
Fix should be installed on full version (2.2, or 2.2.1 experimental) (81 мб):

what a great mod it took my gaming experience to another level but there has to be small fixes to be done.tank hitting sounds must be changed to anything else as old weapon firing sounds is now binded to tank hitting sounds and radio talking sounds which are playing at random havent binded to anything should be binded to spotting system.these 2 small fixes would make this mod perfect
got one small problem,i dont hear tagging sounds

1)This is very intresting idea you have about change inner-radio chatter from turret rotator to spotting event. I will try to do that.
2) What do you mean about hitting sounds? Is them too bad, or maybe too loud? I using metal hit for AP penetration and metal hit + explosion for HE shell hit. You mean what this explosion is excess?
Or you mean what game uses some other sounds from some weapon firing for the hit even as well?
3) Tagging sounds - is that sounds then you turret stops rotation?
Sorry for questions, i just don't know english WoT terms.

1)didnt notice that inner radio chatter attached to turret rotator.anyway putting it into spotting event would be very good
2)i mean when a tank touches to other tank,there are sounds and sparks coming out,you used AP penetration sounds as metal hitting sounds
when i go hull down on dead tank,i feel that im getting hit by AP rounds that deal 0 damage.thats makes me worried
my idea is put stock metal hits back to the game atleast till you figure out which sounds are going to fit to metal hits

2) Oh, i see. Well, yeah i have some sexy metal scratching sounds prepared special for tank-to-tank touches
. i gonna replace them in next version, so you will never be cofused anymore.

I freaking love this sound pack. The crew notices of the ammo being loaded takes me waaaaay back to Armored Fist and it's just awesome and makes the game way more realistic. The radio chatter is also epic. I didn't notice until now how boring sitting there listening to an engine can be. Now that I have radio chatter it feels like it filled in that void I didn't even know was there. The gun sounds and the sounds of ammo flying around--just wow. You single handedly made this game about a million times more awesome.

Is it possible to activate follow me and help sounds attached to minimap, as i find without these i can't focus fire or help a team mate in need, otherwise very nice mod!!!
