Hi, about 10 days ago i started WoT, but i stopped at Mission 5 out of 8. I'm having a problem going further than that, it says; "Research all modules and tech branches of Tier1 tank".

When i read this, i decided to log off and play something else for a bit, but when i came back, i just clicked 'research', and anything with a 'I'(Being Tier I), i just researched it and i thought that was all i needed to do. But i have researched all of the 5main modules and i still have not advanced.

Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong? I know its going to be the most obvious thing but i want to advance to mission 6 :P

You not only need to research the modules, you also need to unlock the tier 2 tanks (you dont have to buy them all)

Did you enter the room with the store sign next to it? You need to go in there and defeat the shop-boss, if you win you get the next tank you unlocked by beating 5/8 "research". The catch: you can only beat the store boss by using silver money.

You need to Elite the tier 1, so research al of the tier one modules and research the tier 2 tanks.

All this talk about mission 5 out of 8 makes me confused.. what do you excatly need help with becuase there are no mission 5 out of 8 or 564 out of 5466..

Well that depends, do you want too make your tank "Elit" then yes if you just want to advance to the next tier, chose one of them and research what is needed to "unlock it" as shown in the picture abow

For excampel you want the M2 light Tank, then you actually only , even if its a bad idea, need to research the Cunningham D2 tower and then the M2 Light tank before you can buy it.

Thanks for the replies :D I was busy today so i never got the chance to reply to the latest posts.

I decided to take some Screen shots of my WoT's Garage to show what i have researched and what i haven't.

I have researched all of the available Tier2 Tanks.

Is there anyone that could look over the images(theres 5) and see what is needed to advance to Mission 6 of 8 please?:D

I think this is simple - you should research all the modules on your tier1 tanks to complete the mission 5. I looked at your screenshots, and on MS1 the 23mm gun is missing, on cunningham the tracks, v8 engine and 2 guns are missing, on renault the 25mm cannon and on leichtractor the ketten and engine is missing.

Just play some more, gather xp and research the modules.

Simple as that, just research absolutely everything you can research on your tier 1 tanks (or is researching everything on one of them already enough?), and the mission is finished. Honestly I don't understand why this causes so much confusion (you are really not the first one asking the same question here).

Researching everything on just one tier I tank is enough.
Just research the 23 mm VJa on MS-1 and the mission is done.

Nice, thanks alot :D I thought i researched all the tier1 modules already because of the "I" in them. But after reading the posts im guessing they are all tier1 items :P

Should i convert experience on an 'elite' tank to free experience or use it to accelerate the crew?

Someone explain me what these missions are supposed to mean?
