I can see why we'd want to know about WG getting nominated, but World of Warplanes? This is World of Tanks and at the moment we have no connection what-so-ever to World of Warplanes. Plus neither of them are giving us any good reason to vote.

I already voted. And btw WoWp was nominated for Most WANTED game so I think that this nomination is right. The WoT could be nominated in this category too : "Best European Multiplayer Game"

Even if this game is full of noobs and bad players I still like it. Usualy it is funny and nice for me. But there could be an system that will split players to two groups:  Vic/Los> 50% and Vic/Los < 50%. Or by the battles count.

I'd prefer the game working properley before they went on other ventures ie Planes Ships. After all we the players are who help make the game a success not
a multitude of accolades. Also Im sick of players being AFK in game its not only annoying but unfair that you lose due to it!!

Give me an invite for WoWP, I`ll try it and then I`ll decide to vote or not.

You are so wrong. Statistics doesn`t show the real image of player`s skills, because this is a team game. Second thing, how you`ll get skill if you don`t play with the best?

For a game that seems to frustrate so many of its players I cant see wg doing very good, I for one am certainly not going to vote for them ;).

EDIT: Next time you want to win something nice don't tell us - people that actualy tried this game and for some retarded reason are doing it repeteadly (maybe we need medical assistance :O). Inform those fancy game journalists that haven't seen anything else that box and YT vids you've link them. Because in our eyes you've already won: "Worst community menagement", "Worst forum moderation", "Unique ("special") features" - for world's first Premium Nabz Preservation Programm © ® ™ in form of 0-hits. Now the board of WoT players should inquire if another merit shouldn't be given - world's first "Reversed engineering - you're doing it wrong" award, for constantly deteriorating your own code.

My thoughts exactly

Edit: how the hell are they ahead of Ubisoft in best publisher category :Smile_sceptic:

You should start with fixing the game and then talk about the awards...

The only thing you should win is the "Best bird sounds" and "Most lazy devs"

"Deafest Forum Devs" award.

This year Wargaming.net has been nominated for ‘Best European Publisher’

I really wonder who nominated them. Or do sponsors of the event get an automatic nomination?

+ E-75 nerf against the will of a big part of the community (just to name one of that many changes to tanks that the community wasnt ok with

+ Special offers at the beginning of May that where advertised to "last until May 31th ".. suddenly disappear from the webstore "due to technical reasons" on May 7th - just to reappear a couple of days later and a lot more expensive and blown up with gold consumables. No official statement on that beyond the "technical problems". Prime example for an excellent publisher and his customer relations. Sorry guys this is a marketing maximum credible accident.

I'm sorry to tell you that "due to technical reasons" I will certainly NOT vote for you.

In my opinion a 'good' publisher doesnt treat customers like idiots. Not even talking about the "best" one.

I ain't voting for WG. No way, not in a million years. For the bugs, the MM, the borked tech trees for starters. Many other issues on top of all that.

I'd vote for WG if they were up against Ubisoft though. Everytime I buy something from that studio it's borked. Settlers - couldn't play, their servers kept on dying. I downloaded a crack to play the original game, sic! Rainbow Six Vegas 2 - couldn't play, because I have a sATA DVD drive (game doesn't run on that). Support told me to download a crack (wtf?). Then when I tried to play MP I found out the MP key wasn't properly printed on my manual, so I had to wait 2 weeks for them to verify my purchase and resend me the code. Tera Online - codes in Poland were borked, most peeps got banned, we barely managed to get into the early access with our collector's edition copies because of that problem. Up till today I heaven't got my CE items... So yeah, everybody is better than Ubisoft ;).

Regards,
Kalantris

Fix the game and bribe us ( e.g. one year premium for those that voted for WG )

As of current state I can just give one big fat NOOOOOOOOOO you don't get my vote.

Fix first ask for help later.

Frankly, WG.net have a ******* nerve asking us to vote given the disdain they show the community.

Edit - and I find the concept of WG.net being the best European publisher freaking hilarious.

Besides fixing the game, they should also fix their communication strategy, which is either extremely arrogant or totally dumb. Once they confirm it's the latter I'll vote for them out of pity.

<quote removed>

This. Soooo much this!

I did not know that Belarus is part of Europe, but even if it is WG is definitely NOT a European company!
They only ever interact/read on the Russian forum, they pander to the Russian players constantly while <removed> on the NA and EU population.
I could go on and on, but to save the moderaters from banning me again or deleting this post, i will not. Getting silenced for speaking the truth, does that sound European or Soviet to you?
I'll just finish with; will vote for competitors, and; WG are you trolling us (again)?

Dear user we value your feedback and opinion. Would it be positive and negative.
But I would kindly ask you to refrain from profanities when posting.

Start caring about what we need and then we call say you're worth anything. You're trying to make this game even worse so I would feel guilty voting for you. We're not $ + people on EU server are important too, not only RU. If you keep thinking like than, I can wave to you already...

We are absolutely delighted to be nominated for these awards and wish to thank the organisers of the European Games Awards for selecting us again.  Most of all though, we want to thank you – our players for making us so highly regarded in Europe and beyond!

After the 0.7.4 patch have we ever actually said anything positive? Hell, even before it we were more negative than positive so I think WG just got some Russians and Americans to nominate them because they actually get good treatment.

I didn't play with the best players and I think that I am one of them now. Maybe I am not on of the best but I am better than 3/4 of WoT players. Yes I am so self-confident. Actually there is not much of good players in this game. And my victory % is my merit and argument. I think that it is more than clear when I have 6,1k battles and 5,7k destroyed ... This game is about teams but players are playing for themselfs. I met only few guys who played for team. And when there are 30 players in battle and only 2 of them play for team .. it is quite useless dont you think ? Thx god that I am in clan where everyone play for team .. not only on their own. Btw thx for negative votes .. I always love when someone don't like truth.

Anyway it is not fault of WG that there is so many bad and useless players. It is ours fault and mainly fault of these players. They dont use brain while playin this game and I think that brain is more than necessary.
