Hello,
just since  a few days I have this problem.

When the battle starts,I can see both statements:
Our team & enemy team in the screen (see attachment).

But...
When the battle starts, they disappear.
Who can help me?

They are made to do that. If you want them back, then in left top corner are 5 buttons. They also can be seen in screenshot. Press them to choose nesscessary team player list design.
EDIT: For me they always have been closing when battle starts.

On upper left corner you have some buttons, with ctrl+ mouse left buttton you can change the wiev.

After battle starts, hold left ctrl and click with mouse on that panels under FPS and ping ratio. There select how do you want to see the panels.
