Falcon is correct.

Is this a real tank or just a prototype? When I type this in on Google there's very little information on it.

it's not a tank, it's a Turret which is fitted to the Tanks the military use in Jordan

The chassis is clearly a Pz IV - even under all that dirt and rust, the shape is unique.

Turret, however, is another matter. The basic turret shape, at least the front of it, its still there. I'm guessing this is from the Ausf. E to G series? But the gun is adapted, no way in hell is that a german gun. It is more like some russian-built ZIS-3 series.

Edit: ahahaha, found the source for your picture.  This tank is part of what Germany exported to Bulgaria during WW2. Now I can't tell if its the export version or whatever Germany left behind, but two things are certain:

1. It is a Pz4

2. That gun is an adaptation.

Well as with basicly all of the German tanks after the war Bulgaria decided that they should be buried along the Bulgarian-turkish border (known as Krali Marko defencive line). Some of the tanks were in action against Germany and this one got it's gun damaged, so it got replaced with a ZiS-3 from a destroyed SU-76, and it's a J variant, like all the others that Germany gave us.
