yes always according WOT support when you ask for help. Sadly I have to say that it wasen't the WOT support that helped me with this issue. Well no more that you get their b**shit answers about. It's your internetprovider because we dont see anything wrong here.
Late me take it from the top and se if we can get a comment from WOT support on this matter !
I did start playing this game almost a year ago, with a brand new top of the line PC. At this time my son stil did live at my house with his 1 year old PC connected throught the samme router to our Internetprovider that by the way is a 100Mb line. As a former EvE Online player and other MMO game I had NEVER experienced any problems except in EvE case some, yes somtimes horrible LAG. BUT no disconnections, no blue screen of death or other issuse.
Then I started to play WOT together with my son. Suddenly we both, but mostly me starting to have unexplained disconections from the game and when this happened it was hard to log in again within those 2 min limitation. The funny part and here is the problem I had with the answers I got from WOT regarding the standard answer IT'S YOUR INTERNETPROVIDER 'S FAULT. This never happened to both of us at the same time !! I could play without any problem while my son had those problem and vice versa.
We, of course to satisfy WOT Support, did the pling test and also did send in some of the result when those problems appeared , but telling them that we had played under worse numbers in package lost without any problem and also send in those pling tests for comparison. But it was like talking to a wall, they always did see something wrong with the connections and never wanted to look further into the problem.
The funny part for me is that IF this was mainly a Internetprovider case wouldent both of our computers been affected on the same time because we shared the same connection ?? If I lost the connection to the server surly my son must do the same in the same room when we both go the same way, through the same connections from our server to WOT's server ?? Did they listened on this NO !!
After 3 months my son did move back with his gf and I still had those problems as so had he in his new location. So I tried, dumb as I were thinking that maybee WOT Support may still be right to connect me to the WOT server through a VPN tunnel that I got from work. I could chose to connect to the WOT server from 5 different countrys and I still did have the same problem !!!!
The a funny thing happend, I have the Killer 2100 Network card in my computer and o does my son, and one day by accident I did uninstall the Killer Network Manager as there software is called after a crash in wot. I however didnt restart the computer but did log in again into the game and PRAICE THE LORD all the problems were gone !!
The problems we had encountered my son and me was not only random messages from the game that we had lost the connection to the server, and never the rest of the internet, only the WOT server. But more funny - not - was that when you started to play or in the middle of a game u for exampel did press the W button to peek out from a corner the tank started to move, not responding to any other command, but you could still see everything else that did happend on the battlefield except of controlling your tank. Not good to your healt I may add.
This is a typical LAG issue I thought, I have lost the connection somehow. BUT if this was only lag, mainly and I say mainly because in 85% of the times it was only the WSAD button that was affected. Why could I see everything that happend on the battlefield without the other tanks behaving weird as leaping forward, pause or other issues that is when you play with lag ?
I even, in many occation while I was circkling like a madman after pressing A or D button or rushing forward after hitting W could still HIT the enemy tanks. If this were lag they wouldent have been on that spot I was aiming at so this was something else that made this behavior in the game !!
But as said after, by accident removing the software for the Killer 2100 card everything worked as charm. So now each time I play WOT and Word Of Planes (yes got the beta test key) I have to un install the software to be able to play. So now, if you are still with me, you wonder yes so what ?? this is clearly a software issue and have nothing to do with WOT. WRONG !!!
I of course did send in a ticket to the company regarding this and started to look at there forums for answers also and found this as a answer from couple of people that did have the same issue as me and also problems like disconnections, problem to log in and so on !!!!!!
Good afternoon,
This is actually a known issue with World of Tanks that I'm afraid is out of our control. WoT opens and closes a separate process from the game repeatedly, which causes this issue. You should be able to close the Killer Network Manager before playing to avoid this issue, and please know that even if the Network Manager is closed, it will still offload and prioritize your games. We have tried contacting the developers of the game, but so far we haven't been able to come to a resolution. (my comment: in other words WOT dont give a crap)
Sorry for the inconvenience,

NOW MY FRIENDS we have stumbled over something that according to people that do understand network connection and how they work can affect other network cards with the same protocols
HOW many report dont there exsist on this forums were people ask for help due to disconnection, problems to log in and other network related issues ???
Sudenly it's more clear that maybe, just maybe (even if I'm 100% sure that this is the case) it aint your computer or your Internetprovider that cause this problem but the WOT technicians that have done something horribly wrong in their servers way or the program itself how it communicate with other computers
I will send in this whole text to the WOT support and we will se what they answer will be...

Have you tried to reinstall the game?
You joking right?? I have played since v 0.67 and ALWYS with each new version completly removed the game and reinstall it. Even done that "extra" and just in case several times during this period and even reinstalled Windows 7 and of course the network cards program at least 10 times.,
It's the first thing you try when you stumble upon sutch issues. I know I have been playing computer games since DOS 6,1 back in 1985. Read the text again, IT AINT MY OR MY PC'S FAULT, it all have to do with some bad programing from WOT's side and I just want to make the public aware of this issues that may have the same problem and are frustrated still thinking that they do something wrong !!
