Why would you want that ?

Because I already elited it, sold it, rebought it, can't be bothered to train new crew, and am using the vehicle as extra garage space for leftover French crew trained for other vehicles?

Wow.. only 10 deg turret traverse? That's special. So there will be no circle of death. However, this tank will be fast in a straight line, corner well and have a good gun.

So, basically: race in and fire off one or two shots, head for cover, turn around, race back and fire again.
Repeat.

10 degree traverse is just an exageration. It have about the same gun arc as the StuG (15 deg/side) which actually makes it an epic light TD.

Actually it wouldn't be "cricle of death" even with full turret anyways considering the rate of fire of the thing. It would rather be fire, circle or get out  without shooting, get on his back and fire again if agile enough , rinse and repeat

The more I play it, the more it feels like a weird mix. It can do active scouting well but if you are not shooting with the gun, it feels like a waste.

Whenever I play this tank, I feel like I'm playing as lance cavalry in Mount and Blade....

See a target...build up speed...couch the lance(aim)...and when I'm close enough, BOOM, big damage!

Haha indeed nice comparison. Since you attack in straight lines and you fire only when short range due to bad accuracy, and with a little angle, it is exactly like a cavalry charge in mount and blade.

The ELC AMX can't scout though as it have 360 meter radio range.

I can't understand how can they make a tier 5 tank fast light tank with 170 penetration. They just got rid of SU-85 top gun and now they replace it with a better one. It's a small, fast TD with high camo, not to mention the gun is below it's real tier. I don't mind though it will be fun to play, but they can't be serious about the penetration.

LOL for the angry french fan! :Smile_veryhappy:

fairly easy: this thing got scout matchmaking, but without turret to compensate the speed, it needs something else to have some prowess against the higher tiers

Quick question for those who played the ELC : the real ELC AMX can traverse its turret 360 degrees when it's standing still. Is this the case in-game?

this tank is really for the LOL.
i drove it in the test server, did put ventilation and 100 octane gasoline.

Run around like a t-50 and have fun people not hitting you.

you can't hit anyone unless you drive toward them so you end up not shooting 99% of the time because you have to move to stay alive.

the most awesome time i had was when i met another ELC and started chasing it like i was a plane... couldnt hit him , he couldnt drive me away from
his tail XD

the worst time i had when i met a t-50-2 that started chasing me and did hit me with almost every shot... couldnt take him away frm my tail, nor
i could even shoot back...

It is a gem. Enjoy it while you can. (It is T-50-2 propably with better cammo and definately better gun).
TD style on.

Gave it a run yesterday and it was a blast :Smile_veryhappy: Turret can be an issue cause you can't spam shells left and right while going at full speed, but after mounting the 90mm, camo and some binos it might be awesome as a stationary gun.

Yea, I would run it with camo, binocs and air vents to max hiding and then vision range. The 75mm gun will most likely make you visible though, unless there is several bushes between you and the enemy when you shoot.

The tank is nice itself but the turret on the other hand fucks everything up.

Put 2 ELC AMX against eachother, laugh as they try to joust.
