Whats the best tier 5 premium tank?

Hello gentlemen,
I was wondering what would be the best tier 5 premium? Sadly I don't think we are getting the Matilda BP yet, and with some of the MM changes, the mid-tiers seem more attractive again.
I have tried the Churchill, but really I really didn't like it.

T-25 is the most powerful. But it doesn't have a favorable MM so buy it only if you are not afraid of T8 tanks (which will be T7 from 7.5 patch).

Depends on what you like. I have Churchill, Matilda, Ram II and T25 and like to play all of them except for Ram II (it has good hp, nice armor for its tier but a tier 2 gun with no punch unless you use gold ammo). If you like meds go for T25 (he has a hp of a heavy tank) and a good gun. Matilda is more of the heavy than med, and I find it very interesting to play. Churchill also, but you are slow.

Churchill and T14 for sure.
Depending on your playstyle, here are differences:
Churchill: great armor, fast gun with good penetration but small damage, very slow
T14: good armor, good speed, good gun with low penetration, but good damage
My stats are much better with churchill, but I enjoy t14 more ;)
Ah yes, Matilda is great, after 7.5 patch, it will have same MM as those two tanks above ;)

I would vote for T-25 since I f....... hate slow tanks like churchill. And new maps, modes makes it even harder to do something usefull with Churchill

IMO T-25
Good gun, good mobility, good armor
Only problem with this tank is that accuracy on the move is really bad, so to shoot something you have to stop and aim

but only compared whit t-14.... even my Somua can penetrate more that churchill... and it's a tier 3
Comparing a TD with a heavy tank known for it's armour over the gun penetration. Well done.
The Churchill's gun is perfectly good - 105mm is enough to penetrate pretty much anything it goes up against as long as you know where to aim. I can eat KVs for breakfast if I can get up close.

Premium tanks can also be used for crew training so you may want to take that into consideration.
If you're planning on going through a certain tree then maybe get a premium tank that covers that tree so you can use it to train up a crew.
ie
Churchill for Russian heavies
T14 for US heavies
etc.

No idea why would anybody hate Churchill.I am a proud owner of one and I love it.Pure awesomeness and fun.Haven't tried T14,but if you want a good tank with good matchmaking, then buy a T14 or Churchill.

I've got the Matilda and Churchill and love them both. Both of them have some of my best scores...I jsut got this on the Churchill:
Victory Mountain Pass 26 July 2012 12:07:14 Churchill Experience received: 2,541 Credits received54,249 Battle Achievements: Steel Wall, Top Gun, Sniper, Master Gunner
Both thanks requires you to know weak spots of enemy tier V's and have some grounding in placement on the field as they're both very slow and can get caught out easily.I'd say get both if you have the gold to spend as they're equally awesome.

Churchill has great gun compared to enemies you meet and MM. His penetration and fast firing are devastating. Only weak spot is top armour that is prone to lots of damage from artillery. T14 is much better in that regard.
Matilda is classified as medium, but that tank acts like heavy in most aspects. It has solid fast firing gun with decent damage. I like to play it because no one else is playing it, so most of the people don't know how to fight it. That alone provides a lot of fun, trust me ;) Matilda can take down KV1 with ease, if you know where to aim. With new match making it will be my favourite tank for sure. :D But this tank is not moneymaker.

church t8?Hell no it is a t5 heavy.I have it and it is really awsome. It is a battleship with a tank killing machinegun!I cruch smaller tanks with ease.It is slow but the rof and the armour makes up for it.It has a really good MM.Love it!!Really good moneymaking with small repair and ammo cost.
I got the t14 yesterday and i can tell you it is the same.Difference is that the t14 is faster on land but slower rof.Good MM also and really good moneymaking with small repair and ammo cost.
So i would recommend one from this two if you want to buy the others doesn't worth it.T-25 isn't that good moneymaker and hate unprecision of the gun.
