Hi All,

As most of you probably know Operation Think Tank was held at the MVTF in March this year. This unprecedented event was a gathering of some of the best authors on tank history we could gather together in California, and we posed to this panel a series of questions collected from the playerbase.

The result is over four hours of tank talk, which we are proud to release. Go here to either download the two-hour sessions directly, or just watch the first 25-minute segment streamed in your browser. Subsequent streaming segments will be made available online every couple of days.

Enjoy!

--------------

p.s. just to clarify one thing, you don't need WoT account to download the video.
Name and an email address are the only required fields.

1. It wasn't announced on the main site
2. It requires registration to download the full thing
3. There are no subtitles and the majority of EU community doesn't speak english natively so people might've hard time understanding what the experts are saying.

All those factors limit the potential audience and hence probably very few people watched it at all.

Wouldn't it be nice to have "Water-carriers" in World of Tanks, and instead of shells, shoot with water and drown the crew ?

Anyway, watched only the Part 1 so far...

This. And after watching the first 2 questions which could be answered by any kid who have successfully finished elementary school, I wanted to skip to a later part to see what are the rest of the questions but you can't do it until that part is downloaded. I also had problems watching the video in IE so I had to change to Chrome. I suggest to

1. Put it in the EU news as the thread name (Discussion of News Articles) is suggesting that we talk about something that should be in the news.
2. Put it on YouTube or use some advanced method of streaming, because this video player lacks every basic feature that you would expect nowadays. (You could just post the whole thing on YouTube, it allows even 4 hours videos.)
3. If you put up something exclusively for US players which requires US registration, why bother to even post it on the EU forums? Is it some top secret stuff or something? Upload it to EU site too.

There is no need to have US server account (as supercharge pointed out). The "Registration" asks for name and mail, then optionally you can fill in your nickname and server (inc. Europe).

So no, it isn't exclusively for US players. Feel free to download it, the Part 1 full is pretty interesting.

Ok thanks, I didn't see the thing about the registration because it was edited after my post, but if it is working that way, I will download the whole video and watch it.

It was interesting... I already saw the full version on the US server (the World of Tanks - Operation Think Tank_Episode 1, the 2.07.21h, 969 MB version). Is there more (I havent really follow the news)? As for the vid, some nice juice infos, I love the 1.35.45 1.36.42 part... I love how everybody is enjoying themself :).
By the way also love the chieftain vids about the US and german tanks.

Edit: Stupid me.... I see now... there is new vid :P

P.S. Plz thumb up the VK 2801 (DB), so that it maybe becomes a Tier VI light tank.

I chuckled at the Gavin comment. A treadhead in-joke if ever there was one.
