What 4th crew skill/perk do you recommend...

Just wondering what to choose for my 4th crew skill.
I have wet ammo rack, Rammer and vert stab on my Type, with small fire ex, small repair, small first aid.
Commander. Eagle Eye, Mentor, Repairs. All at 100%.
Gunner. Deadeye, Snapshot, Repairs. All at 100%.
Driver. Preventative Maintenance, Smooth Ride, Repairs. All at 100%.
Loader. Safe Stowage, Intuition, Repairs. All at 100%.
I am tempted to change some, though I like to see what is damaged with Eagle eye, I do wonder if 6th sense is worthwhile, but rarely do I scout or hide. View range? Others are usually there 1st.
Designated target, well I am sure you have to press T for that to work, and in randoms how much arty listens or is targeting who you T up? Armourer? Well I usually repair my gun with repair kit. but on occasions it does get damaged again, It reduces the accuracy penalty by 20%, but is that noticeable or worthwhile?
Controlled impact, off road driving and clutch breaking all have uses, but do I give up one of my current skills/perks or research fresh? Which one?
Situational awareness and adrenalin rush have occassional uses but how important?
Then there is Brothers in arms, only usefull if at 100%, worth replacing repair with and adding a toolbox instead of rammer?, starting repair for 4th?
What are your opinions on the skills and perks? Have you preferences, found any better than others or really usefull?

take Jack of All Trades for commander, that you can replace dead crew man
take camouflage for gunner, that you wont be spotted so easily
take adrealine rush for loader, if you got low hp you can shoot faster which may save your life sometime
take clutch braking for driver, that you can turn faster when trying to dodge shells and you dont lose so much speed when doing that

I would suggest taking no perks, since getting the fourth skill to 100% will take approximately 5 billion battles.
Things like better view range, clutch braking, or even camo if there nothing else even remotely worthwhile.

Id recommend bia but you should do perks 1st to get them out of the way with its 2 much of a grind to do them after 3rd unless you are willing to spend gold to retrain i done it 1 or 2 times myself but wait for a special offer 1/2 price on retrain before you do it .
1st thing anyway is to retrain your commander you don't need mentor or eagle eye 2 most useless skills/perks for commander 6th since and jack of all trades are pretty useful.
As for your gunner maybe some cammo.
As for your driver i think controlled impact i started my IS7 crew on it there 49% on there 5th skill/perk and i am finding it really useful already i am sorry i didn't train my driver up in it earlier.
As for your loader cammo again i know he is also radio operator as well and you might be tempted to go for S.A. but view range is bad anyway and it wont really help.
Here is a really good post i seen a bit back it might help you chose.

P.S. How do find preventive maintenance is it worth getting?

My commander should be a colonel when he reaches 50% on 5th skill but rank stops at major

Ye gawds some people have played type a lot, I`m 99% repair on first skill run. OK I got it on last 3 day sale and love it, despite all the wingeing it`s still a money maker and I`m 56% which for my average of 49% is bloody good. It`s not as good as a tier8 but since you don`t worry about repairs it`s a blast to play. Wonder how many creds you have made getting to 4th skill? Sadly I`m annoyed by the if you lose Type you wallet warrior can`t play and if you win Type you wallet warrior OP tank spam in chat, makes me sad. It`s my only premium and bought recently and a I do have Ferdies, Tiggy 2`s, IS4,. T50-2 etc. It is just my way of making the creds to keep my Tier 8`s and 10`s in the style they have become used to. Actually the T50-2 is the main credit drain.

WAR must be out and get ur loader safe stowage skill.
Get BiA skill together with ventilation.
Commander: BiA / sixth sense / camo / repair
Gunner: BiA / deadeye / repair / snapshot or camo
Driver: BiA / off-road driving / repair / controled impact or camo
Loader: BiA / safe stowage / camo / adrenaline rush or repair
I think that sixth sense is essential skill for every tank. My ass was rescued by that light bulb many times.
Camo skill is mayby noobish skill on MTs but try it. I was spotted everywhere without camo skill, but now I'm more invisible
Besides that it works even when u move - correct me if I'm wrong.
Adrenaline rush could be nice too.

As camo is averaged over all crew members and you got an alternative on some of the crewmembers I'd ditch camo. Also type isn't that good ramming.
I'd replace camo on Commander with Jack of All Trades or Eagle Eye.
Gunner should take Snapshot.
Driver should take smooth ride.
Loader can learn situational awareness on the type:
Commander: BiA / Sixth Sense / Eagle Eye / Repair
Gunner: BiA / Deadeye / Repair / Snapshot
Driver: BiA / Off-road Driving / Smooth Ride / Repair
Loader: BiA / Safe Stowage / Repair / Situational Awareness
This would let you start with 50% overall in Repair..

I'm also wondering about my 3rd ones. I've started with repair on all crewmen, currently on 86% of BiA.
Which is a better choice for the driver, Clutch Braking or Off-road driving? I can't decide.
For gunner, I'll probably take Snapshot.
For the commander, it'll either be Jack of All Trades or Eagle Eye (+2% view range as far as I know). Jack of all trades would be handy, but it'll take a lot of time to get it working...
For loader it'll be either Situational Awareness or Safe Stowage. Not sure about Safe stowage though, because I very rarely get a deadly ammo rack, and if I know correctly, Safe Stowage won't prevent ammo rack damage (not the lethal type).
Opinions?
