I am looking for a mod which let you custom your garage, like writing things at the wall, "hang up" pictures, etc.
Does it exist?

As far as I know, that isn't possible; it might be possible to directly mod in any pictures or wall texts, but I have zero experience in modding this game.

no, you can only use preconfigured garage mods like US garage with US flag and some pictures etc. you cant customize your garage by hanging pictures etc. unless you mod it yourself

im currently looking at editing my current hanger and adding people, eg commander in the office and mechanics etc but not sure how to atm
