How do you mod things? Do you need a specific program? If thats the case, which?! I would be grateful is somebody could teach me

well.. modding woudl be pretty simple, pick an existing fiel out of the game, aka a tank skin, open it with a image editor, re-texture it, and place it back into the folder ( with the same extension)

Same deal with objects.

Now this is just a very plain explenation, and not a tutorial, top of that, its the easy way of modding, you also got a way to actually script your heads off.

I, sadly, cant help you with that.
