Do you like spiders?  I dont mind them myself but they move a bit too quick and look like a severed hand.

Any opinions are welcome.

Oh yes i forgot! Don't want any spiders inside their Loltraktors- it might distract them in battle.

I like spiders. Back when I was a kid, I liked to catch spiders. I stole a jar from my grandma, put some sand and little stones etc then caught some spiders. They always made their own houses there, made webs and shit. But after 3+ days there were only one spider living... And he was veeery fat... lol

I like them in their natural habitat (read - not in the room when I'm in it as well)
I do find them very interesting, however I think I could not move to Australia:

Same here. Spiders are very interesting animals, even though I still suffer from a mild form of arachnophobia. Biggest success to overcome was letting a tarantula (called "Petunia") walk up to the crook of my bare arm.
But living in Australia... waking up in the morning, going to the toilet and after a few minutes realising that there is a big fat huntsman spider (s. Wolfsblut's picture)  sitting on the toilet paper holder, watching me with their 8 all-too-visible eyes... that would really ruin the day for me...

With only a few exceptions, nearly everything with more than four legs makes me scream in terror like a little girl. On the other hand, I like watching spiders in my garden and I find them kind of cute, but if they ever got into my house I'd probably have to evacuate the room together with all neighboring rooms.

that truely sounds horrendous to me, furry spiders should be killed at birth, unless they kill flys, then maybe not, i just dont know

thanks for all the feedback on this, i now feel educated.

Spray it with a  hairspray. It probably won't kill it. But may at least make it calmer by improving it's hair style...

Always wanted to visit my Cousins in Australia but when I saw a documentary that said Funnlewebs liked hiding in toilets sometimes under the seat I lost interest.

Have several spiders running round the house a couple like living back of my computer.
I figure thats why I dont see too many flies silverfish moths ants beetles or other creepy crawlies.
Really dislike them try cedarwood blocks in the corners of the room apparently they don't like it, the oil is a natural repellent
