On, on, you noblest English.....

I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!

Though how to read that last line is the question.

Is it Cry "God for Harry, England and St George"  - a single phrase - or cry

"God for Harry" "England" (En-ger-land?) and "St George"  - three battle cries.

Umm.. May i ask.. Your point of that? :)

What about something from a Guards who's a casualty officer like:

"I say that was my best battledress!!"

or a classical phrase like:

"They don't like it up them!"

Or when tracked

"Don't panic!!!"

In keeping with British modesty and understatement,  it would be the first

I'd use the voices from Killing Floor for the British crewmembers. That would be sweet. :Smile-hiding:

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "commander fatal shot". Is there a possibility that the commander could get hit so bad that he couldn't be healed by first aid?

when it dings a enemy tank: "Oh my! I'm quite sure we didn't penetrate their bloody armor."
when "looks like that one went right trough" : "Jolly well lads! Seems like our shell created another bottom for them."
when the game starts (14:59): "Hope you don't mind sir but I believe that we have a battle to fight."

It meant the comment by the British tank commander when a hit resulted in the destruction of the enemy tank! :Smile_Default:

how about

"a hit, but it bounced off the bloody armour"

"that's made it a bit draughty for them" or "well shot, I think you gave their driver a centre parting"

"Well chaps, my watch says time to go" (an obvious choice)

"Good shot" - laconic understatement is typically British
