im doing this post just to say that the batchat is not worth the hassle grinding anymore due to being screwed over in 7.5, i noticed that the upgraded tracks in 7.4 made the traverse to 44 and gave it the speed in turning but now in 7.5 the new tier 10 tracks are 42 traverse and more load limit, so why destroy the batchat an give it the bolt standard tracks with more load limit and kill the batchat, cant even circle of death anymore due to it being that bad, yes the gun is nice but whats the point in having a tank with a decent gun and then giving it 2 bit downsides to it, 1 being the low armour and 2 giving it the traverse of a tier 5-6 heavy, it needs to be fixed!

I don't know much about batchat apart from that I hate it when it is shooting me.

I do know a bit about tier 5 and 6 heavy tanks. If you can find me one with over 40 traverse I'll go buy it immediately.

As far as I can see only russian meds (from T-44 onwards) and tier 10 american medium have over 40 traverse.

Yup. bat just got hit by a nerf hammer....

Now you have a tank that has a great gun but no armor, high speed but low mobility. In 7.4 you had a tank with good gun and no armor but high speed and good mobility...

first: heavy tanks rarely get over 30 traverse
second: difference between 44 and 42 traverse is so low your probably didnt even notice till you checked his stats and now your raging for the point of it.
third: if you cant do circle of death with 42 traverse then go l2p -.-

Hanus dont cry.
BatChat still remain a damend good mes, probably the most offensive.
I think that with 7.5 the BatChat found his role, as t10 med.

Those 2 degs les sin traverse... omg, dont change so much the tank.
And no heavies t5/t6 move like batchat.

U still have one of the best med son the game.

It's 2deg/s on paper (if the deg/s was nerfed), the actual mobility loss was a bit more hefty than that, i'm not saying the Bat is bad just that the loss is noticable.

Oh yeah, fix the traverse and then the batchat will become... t-50-2...

No thanks.

Just take it as it is, every tank in this game has a different behaviour. Learn it or sell it. It has enough speed to dodge enemy's hit, you don't have to circle him.

Its only on paper, like always.  Bat has  realy  mobility now. Maybe take ur rude behaviour away and learn 2 read.....

First: you don't have a bat so you don't know what you are talking about
Second: Traverse speed is the same in 7.4 and 7.5 but it was and is 42.
Third: they did not change trav. speed but they changed the way it behaves in rotation. In 7.4 he was moving when rotating but in 7.5 it can rotate on spot ( has rotation as TD ).
Four: To do a circle of death you need good traverse mobility and with changes made now it get more speed loses when cornering or doing circles of death

Yeah, lets all pretend it didn't overperform other meds at tier 9 constantly since release so we can act surprised when its upgrade to tier 10 isn't as great as the other weaker tier 9 mediums get.

Circle of death with the new BatChat will not work. Just stop behind enemies, pump shells into them, run away. If you try to circle, the radius will be too big and they lock on you easily. Plus you will miss shots easier when you are on the move.

It won't kill heavies in 1v1, because it doesn't have enough damage in the magazine and with all those lovely 0 damage hits, you want to get away as soon as possible. So I stop behind them, shoot, run. Of course it will not work if the enemy is not alone or if their arty hits you in the process.

It's a little bit worse than 7.4, but it wasn't fantastic at circling then either. I tend to play it as support to Heavies rather than trying to circle an individual tank by myself (although it can work on some tds).

To be fair there are hardly any situations you can use the circle of death since the tank needs to be on it's own and in a wide open area. Most of the times a tank will be near terrain to prevent the circle.

Without it's mobility the Bat.Chat is just useless as fuck.

It should just be resettet to the state, when it was initially introduced.

And it's gun seems to be crap. I have LOTS of 0 damage shots, even on targets that I should cut like butter. 0 damage on french tanks, 0 damage on a paper T-44, it's just ridiculous.

Is that not the same for any gun though? I thought 0 dmg was just a bad dice roll rather than anything to do with the strength of the gun.

madchat was way to OP for Tier IX, now you are whining because it finally was put where it belongs to. I am sure you didnt just started playing 2 days ago. This is how it always was with WG, new tanks are always OP, then with the next 1 or 2 updtaes they get put into their place. Everybody knew this was comming.

wait for next patch, maybe it will get adjustments, most likely a buff.
