So, what's the difference between the two versions of the captured German tanks (in RL)?
And which one will you buy?

The reason for this poll/thread is the fact that Wargaming has presented a captured Panther for both USA and USSR in the tank trees as premiums. There is no mention of a captured Tiger 2 there, so I see no reason to add that to this thread.

I'd like a Chaos infected version. I looks good on the Land Raider lol.

'cuckoo' was a famous captured panther that the uk held.
the differences in captured panthers were none fundamentally the ersatz M10 panthers were fitted with applied plates to try and match an m10 profile for sneaky reasons in the ardennes offensive, didn't really work.
thought i said that but my english is obviously not good enough

The Panther Ersatz its not american.. its german... think about it, why would the americans add the word Ersatz to a captured Panther? The Panther Ersatz is a modified Panther to look like an american M10 because at that time the germans had no air superiority and only way their tanks would stay in one piece was if the enemy warplanes would see an allied tank and not a german one.

Seems that WG have failed then. They have it on the USA tank tree.
