German TD's vs American Turreted TD's

What do you think is the better branch to go up? I know that each nations tanks have their own strengths and weaknesses, but what do you think is better to go up and more worth it, I've got the Hetzer and the M8A1 but I might sell one off to try and get the T-50. Reasons for getting rid of one TD is that I want to get up the German Mediums and SPG's, the Russian Heavies and because yes, I'm going to see if I can tolarate the BT-7 and A-20 in order to try the T-34.
So, which tank should keep grinding? The Hetzer/German tree or the M8A1/US Tree?

I'd complete the research on both and keep the one, that rakes in more money(probably the M8A1, cause it was buffed for more income last patch).
I had a StuG III and still own a T49, the Wolverine wasn't bad too, but out of these 3 I kept the T49 while moving on to the german Tier 6 and abandoning the US-Tree till I finish one of the other trees.

every branch has is up's and down's noone is better then the other we got jpze100 witch has a brutal weapon on a capable hand will make you suffer on a noob hand you can easly kill him no problem, detrack him get around him and start shooting till his dead
on a capable hand he will kill you before you even got a chance for shoot it
american tree td
T110E4 and T110E3 are good more agility, T110E4 is good rotating tower, T110E3 is also good faster then T95, i went for both those TD's now im going to jpzE100 to get a feel for it how it really his

For you I would recommend at least one non turreted TD branch - just to feel the difference in comparison to turreted tank and to know how to play against them. I would choose soviet for myslef, but germans are also good, with the exception of JagdPz IV.

I only tried the American, but I like it. Fast little beasts till you reach the T25/2. That's a fat Hellcat, with almost the same gun. If you get the Hellcat, keep it. It's a lovely tank.

Compare the US T-25 and T-25/2, both T7 TDs.
The former is without a turret, fast and agile. It gets a good 105mm gun (to compensate the lack of turret?).
The latter got a turret and have to do with a 90mm gun. In addition its less agile and larger.
Me and probably most players will take the turretless T-25 any day!
Driving an open topped TD with the same type of guns like any heavy tank of the same tier doesn't make much sense. You even have less hit points.
TDs need redeeming qualities like high camo, great gun and mobility to be fun to play. Remove 2 of these qualities and much of the fun dissappears. Nuking IS-7's with a well aimed round from the 173mm gun on the Jgdz E-100 is a redeeming feature I must admit, but it's also the only one it got!-)

Just making the question better: Is it worth keeping both the German and US TD's? Or should I sell one of them and get the T-50? If this is the case, which nations TD's should I keep?
I have read the posts so don't worry if I'm not getting the message.
Anyways, why nerf the German TD's? I thought they were alright as it is?
Sorry, I'm just curious

Thdy're just trolling with a mockup Serb account :=)
German TDs get little love nowadys while the new US and Rus models rule the win stats.
I have kept the Marder 2' Jagdpanther, Ferdinand, Jagdtiger and Jgdpz E-100 from German TD line.
Will probably get the Stug III back later.
From US line the Hellcat and T-25 are favs up until T7.
- I like alternative ways of playing WoT, heavy tank and arty have never been my favs.
Fast light tanks, mobile mediums and powerful TDs in ambush are fun:-)

I would suggest to try t-50 sometime instead of buying higher tier TD.. Try it for some time and then:
a) sold as i did, because I like more to do damage then to let others do the damage
b) keep it if you like it

If the tank isn't a total pain to play, always complete the research, before selling it.
I have the T-50 in my garage, it is fun to play if you like scouts and it is way better than the A-20(which sadly is in the way, if you want to get a T-34. The higher russian meds, you can get without playing the A-20: KV-1S -> KV-13 -> T-43)
