ESL funcup - it's a pathetic joke

Mak0r's Photo Mak0r 14 Aug 2012

So we have team A and team B. Team A play according the rules. Team B has illegal number of players and after a draw in 1st round left the game. After 10 minutes of silence they say that admin set up them as victory team. So team A checked the match sheet and it was a true :o
This cup is a bullshit.
A hint: Team B is  german team. ESL is german. Team A is not german. Or admin has no idea about WoT what is even worse.

Dont waste your time for this.
ESL was pathetic 10 years old. Today ESL is still pathetic.

OK, I checked the bracket page and I found your game, are you high on something?

1) ESL doesn't use encounter maps, ever. I don't know why the enemy team didn't point that out to you when you opened the training room (and since you were on top you were the ones responsible for opening the training room).

2) You only win by destroying all enemy tanks, in fact if you play by the rules you will not be able to cap since all the maps are restricted, and cap circles are in the part of the map that you are not allowed to play in.

3) Max number of players allowed in a team is 5, your opponents have 5 people in their team when I checked, but there is no way for me to know how many there were at the time of the match so I won't comment on this.

Bottom line is you set the wrong map and tried to win by capping which the rules prohibit, so the only pathetic thing here is your inability to understand some simple rules (next time maybe try to ask someone to explain them to you)

Also if you read the rules you will see that if there is a draw you are meant to play a rematch.
As your team was the one opening the training room it was down to you to set it up.

I guess you lost by default for not doing this.
