war thunders got 5 trees and x2, x3 the aircraft.
..gaijin are also specialists (did the il2 port to xbox etc) have done successful flight games before

...feed us all the Removed !  and propaganda you like WG,
but when it comes to spending time and money, yeah, i'll be over there playing the other companies game.

it's just much better than yours, nothing personal

Edit: used 1 small "naughty" word -sorry should have changed it to "horse manure"; my apologies.
Question, why has it taken 4 days to moderate 1 small word, and why the copy/paste wall of text in red (copied from post 2 ? perhaps)

Congratulations WG.

Also for all of you who knows right now what kind of game WoWp will be.
I don't like planes but I wouldn't express my opinion about something which not even reached Open Beta till now.

over 70,000 people from across Europe voted for more than 100 games across over 20 categories

Only 70k people from all of Europe (+ Russia I assume)? Lol, I see that the voting was REALLY popular and A LOT of people care about it :Smile_veryhappy:. It seems that the "European" Games Award is just a meaningless circlejerk.

Don't forget guys, that these awards are for advertisement purposes! So basically, you give me some money and I tell my friends how cool you are. If you look up MMO statistics, you can see clearly, that WOT is far behind the big names, like Guild Wars 2 for example. This award is meaningless.

Heey! Where are earlier 2 replies? Are we censoring now Wargaming?

I'll just restore my backup copy then :)

----------------------

Dear Wargaming,
In the civilized world we listen to eachothers opinion and we do not censor out things we personally disagree with. Would you kindly restore my post and stop behaving like a 5 year old that isn't getting it's way. (with all due respect).

If you have a problem with the content of a post of mine you can drop me a PM and I'll remove it if it's of offensive nature.

Kind regards,
Cobra 6
----------------------
in short my post was along these lines

Anyway, for those of you that missed it, it was about War Thunder and the many facets why it was a much better game than World of Warplanes. I've been playing both and the difference in (gameplay)quality is very large. War Thunder has:
-Realism and arcade, you can choose which one you want to play
-Many MANY more planes
-Upgradeable pilots
-Photorealistic cockpits
-Proper ballistics
-Canyons
and many many more features which made me stop playing World of Warplanes as soon as I tried it.

World of Tanks is a game which filled a niché that people obviously felt was there as it proved immensely popular. Unfortunately for World of Warplanes there is no niché, there are many (online)flight(sims/arcade) which do the job 10 times better.
World of Warships however can become a succes as it has pretty much zero competition and people love big thundering warships.

Nah, they just remove your post from the thread if you mention it like they did with mine a couple of replies above :)

Obviously the "European Games Awards" are just as quality as WN(WG) - there is still no announcement on the "European Games Awards" website, and WN(WG); the awards were on 2012.08.14....

Its quite funny how European players, while being treated by WG as s**t compared to US and RU, won Wargaming these awards.

a quote from wikipedia:
"Figures for the population of Europe vary according to which definition of European boundaries is used. The population within the standard physical geographical boundaries was 731 million in 2005 according to the United Nations.[1] In 2010 the population is 711 million[citation needed], using the definition which has been used for centuries, that Europe's boundaries are on the continental divides of the Caucasus and Ural mountains and the Bosporous, including the populated parts of countries of Russia, and a portion of Turkey, with tiny parts of Georgia and Azerbaijan. Population growth is comparatively slow, and median age comparatively high in relation to the world's other continents[citation needed]."

70 000 vs 711 000 000...hmm i hopu u can do the math... :) ... Its bulls$%t! :) ,but congrats WG 0,00984 % of population in Europe voted and majority of them think u are the best :)
