M46 Patton  Experience received: 753  Credits received19.809  (compensation for damage caused by allies: 720)

Repairs: Vehicle M46 Patton repaired successfully. You have spent credits:  17.357

player from team kill me, i got full HP , and now i need to pay for tank, and he kill me, and i get only 720!!!

FFS

Wargaming, this is not fair, i mean i don't need that 720 credits
i need 17.357

i think if i get killed by team , free repair or full repair credits is what i need!!!

Yes that or like suggested - you take no damage and he still to pay. Either way damage by alies dont compensate good.

That doesnt look right. I usually get much more when team killed from 100 %.

the ally probably only made that much after the fine. so compo is limited.

How come? I go splashed by arty and still got some credits. Never mind that, compensation is bad now, best it would be if you take no damage from allies and he still has to pay, then it would be no teamkilling.

Solution for friendly fire:
  • Friendly shoots you
  • He takes the damage
  • You don't pay anything, he does
Done :)

Atleast limit the damage to 50% or so, maybe in cw have the normal 100%. But friendly fire in public has never really been a good idea in any game.

Game options, thats what im missing with this game. FF on/off, standard/assault battle

Own arty shot about 2100/2200 of my HP's. By accident, no problem, but compensation is way too low.

Battle: Himmelsdorf 19. elokuuta 2012 20:25:32
Vehicle: T110E5
Experience received: 234
Credits received: 25 495 (compensation for damage caused by allies: 4 543)

Vehicle T110E5 repaired successfully. You have spent credits:  27 101

I was left < 100 hp and enemy killed me quickly. 17% compensation is nothing. It should be 100%.

Alright, nobody else does care about compensation issues.

I do agree that the person damaging an ally should compensate the repair cost for the damage made.
But at the same time, I would like the penalty to be doubled atleast.
If someone takes my tank from 100% down to 0%, and the repair cost is 40000, I would like the offender to be billed 80000 creds, regardless how much he earned in that battle.
That way, 40k would go to cover the tank repairs and 40k would go to WG holiday fond.

Defeat
Battle: Westfield Tuesday, August 28, 2012 11:24:51 AM
Vehicle: SU-8
Experience received: 90 (fine for causing damage to allies: 8)
Credits received: 2,705 (fine for causing damage to allies: 2,160; compensation for damage caused by allies: 105)

Repairs:
Vehicle SU-8 repaired successfully. You have spent credits:  1,991
Purchased:
The ammunition on vehicle SU-8 resupplied successfully. You have spent credits:  2,430 (got off two shots at the elc and one at another scout first).

So, I lost money on this battle...what a surprise.

I did damage with my su-8 by being rammed by a t-50-2.  Right.

Saw an ELC AMX coming from half a map away.  The KV-1S and other allies let him go and he charged me and I moved out (having been spotted) and rammed him, so hopefully someone else could get him. No one did.

The ELC pulls away.  Then a t-50-2 on my team comes flying in and rams me, destroying me.

I was MAYBE moving 1km/hr at that point, but I don't think so.  The t-50-2 was at 60+.  He destroyed me and so, while I got no attack (was busy dying in the first minute of the game), I had to pay for his stupidity?

This has got to be addressed.  This game the kiddies play of ramming the bigger tanks to a) annoy and b) get comp is dumb.  Charging arty for being rammed by a wildly driven scout is a bad, bad joke, adding frustration to an already frustrating situation.

Then the stupid kv-1s says, why didn't you move, noob?  obviously, he's never driven the oh-so-quick su-8.  Where was I supposed to run and hide from the ELC on Westlake? lol  Some peeps just are so clueless it's painful to see.

Fix this system NOW.

I agree that the compensation system is working as intended :Smile_trollface-3:

Got killed by an ally from full hp, got 2k compensation. Killed an ally by mistake, paid a 3k or 4k fine. Damaged an ally while firing my arty, had to pay 15k compensation for friendly fire. I mean really, 15000 credits? WTF WG? :arta:

I think the same system used in FPS games today should be used, meaning you're not allowed to shoot or harm members of your team. :Smile-bajan2:

There is no working solution to the compensation for team damage.

If the 'fine' was higher it would just encourage griefers to move into your line of fire?  It's bad enough at the moment where you can be firing at an enemy and a 'team mate' shoves it's way in front of you to get the kill (if they do it just after you fired then you will see them before you can fire again but this has happened numerous times to me just as I've shot which will destroy the vehice only yto get a fine for friendly fire).   Do you want to pay a fine for someone elses lack of situational awareness?

Also there appears to be a number of players in small light tanks that will deliberately ram heavier vehicles and getting compensated for it.
