I very much doubt it.
We will have probably have years to wait to see the PC version (given the current trend of WN(WG) to announce things years in advance).
Then, if they do release a card version, it will take them ages to translate it to whatever language, and then it will probably be unavailable in any other/your country....

Dunno but Wargaming is doing a lot of cool stuff and they are really on the move. Can't wait to see what more gaming goodness the future holds from theese guys!
