Retrained crew, tank listed as Crew Incomp...

Hi,
Just bought a M37 and moved in crew from the m103
First I dropped skills and perks (50% repair) using credits and then attempted to retrain them to use the M37 the button select current vehicle which was grey as if they were already trained for this tank I had to close and open the personnel box to get the button to work. I retrained them using credits to get around a 87% crew.
Now the tank has a fully trained crew and is equipped with ammo etc but is listed a Crew Incomplete
To try and resolve it I have:
1. Disconnected from server and closed and reopened the game.
2. Removed crew and replaced them
3. Sold the tank and re-bought it
Any solutions to this bug
Scored bit is resolved late and I missed the second loader under the mumble overlay the first bug is relevant where select current vehicle didn't show after dropping skills
