Dont understand why people are complaining about the armor. When I shoot at it, I get "hit, hit, hit, hit" but rarely any damage. Spaced armor for the win? Anyway seems like a decent tank for a premium. Soaks shots instead of bouncing like the Type :)

Well, "absorbing" or "soaking" technically means a shot bounced off the inner layer of armour

Next time when you make a review video of a tank include the HUD in all shots so we can actually see which shots ding and which cause damage to the tank.

This video is about the good armour and angling of the Superpershing yet with most of the hits we can't see how much damage it takes and the camera cuts to a different shot before the tank is possibly destroyed. This is just a bad design choice by marketing gurus probably and of no use to people actually potentially interested in this vehicle.

I have no problem of shooting through the side of it's turret with my Jagdtiger 8.8 from a couple of hundred meters distance. Destroyed a couple of them this way.

what more could you ask for from this tank?

better mobility so that you can actualy MOVE BEHIND the tanks as 170mm pen is not enught to reliably frontaly pen tanks.

as it is now it behaves like a heavy whit a UP gun.

Great credit earning potential, 178 mm in the upper glacis, excellent position in the match maker... what more could you ask for from this tank?

Full news text

original message in the website says 220mm i reccomend you actually READ before making posts or at the very least coordinate your information and dont blurt out random stuff  thats not very professional  especially not for a company that makes multiple million dollars per month.

Howw about uhhhh:
- A decent gun
- Non-abysmal speed
- Armor that isn't filled with weakspot from the front

I'm not sure if WG is actually trying to troll people into buying this PoS or just trying to make a comedy post.

Easily the worst tier 8 tank in game. When i see one i just laugh and pity how fast he will die by my hands (or of my teammates).

are we talking about german tanks here because it damn reads like it ;)

Learn to play it and watch as the bullets slide over you. As with KV-5: too bad that the ricochets that you cause, or stalling enemies who outnumber you is not rewarded in any way. There should be at least a "thank you" button for every player when they die/finish the battle.

Unfortunately  i went and bought one   this is a POS   rarely make it brake even with repair cost and amo resupply  apart from the poor penetration( it does hardly pen a tier 6 ...a  kv-is from front)   but if u do.... the damage u inflict is so small  and  players have picked up the weak spots  of the Super Pershing...mainly upper part of turret ,no deflection there  just  knocks out gun crew and commander and  a few seconds later u are history.  Strongly advice against this tank... it more or less a laughter among players  extremely slow , huge silhouette  making it a prime target, bad penetration, and  minimal damage infliction it just crap and if u going to offer  as a premium ....this Tank really needs to be revised in increased penetration as well as damage and engine HP then maybe  and only maybe....

ha i laugh when i meet a super pershing, simple case of shoot the turret weakspots or the tracks when hes moving before kiling his sides. so really its not a big threat

Seriously, l2p...

I have a SP and I have a standard account, I make 30k-50k per battle on average. I've gone as high as 69k and as low as 12k but I've never lost money in it.

So, as a PREMIUM tank, it works - Not the best earner, not the worst but adds a different style of play to the game.

P.S.  It looks awesome

Good argument, well presented.

Comparing Medium prem tank with a Heavy prem tank. Well played sir.

Comparing Meds.....Superpershing.151 battles w 100% crew gun ramer etc etc secondery skills full.....42% win ratio.I got so disappointed i went for the  typ 59 on Friday so far.... 80 battles w start 50% crew no options,,,,  59% win ratio.  This tank i just love, fast.... hits hard and gets away mostly unharmed and Cheaper than Super "poor" Pershing  Typ59 this is a farming tank..... and so fun to play&drive.....Go for the type59  and stay away from Superpershing

Every tank is a good tank if you learn to use it. I asked my friends who bought this beast about it's performance and almost everyone loves it. Before I've got my KV-5, I saw many posts about how bat it is and it turned out to be a very nice and decent tank. I think this is the case with the Super Pershing too. Remember, this tank is for money farming and not for owning the battlefield.

i kinda  have the same thoughts about my much loved lowe.
rubbish speed, armour is full of holes, and the guns bug average for a tier 8,
but like the super perusing, boy Duse is kick out the credit's, it's also no stress gaming too.

i know as i played it on the test serve, before it was relisted in the next patch.

the only reason i never brought one was i have a type and lowe.... i simply dont have the need for a 3 tier 8 prem tank..

but like all prem tank's. it soo so to middle ground.

get shot up by folks that love to kill prem tank out of soem odd lust for it, but so what, they still make enough credit to cover repair and ammo.

so nar the point is simple.

do you wnat a tank to help train crew skills?
do you needa tank for stress free gaming and no worrys abotu havign yoru tnak blow up?
and
do you want soem tihng to help you farm credits for the teir 9 and 10's?

if so get a tank that helps you, if not dont bother.

so yep it crap, yep is nothing special.

that the point. you buy a crap to so so tank, that out side of the tech trees, to offer a different tank for folks to blow up, and in exchange you make more credits than they do.

if they made a lot of credits and was better than most teir 8 tanks what would be the point of grinding for a tier 8 tank?
