Works on a similar model to WOT only without the Russian Bias and the appauling greed factor, it may pull a few people over, I am quite impressed.

True but what's funny is how naive they are. They think that MWO will be different of others F2P, simply because they are fans of the "godly" series of mechwarriors, and also because the godly dev's said "MWO will never be P2W".
They also think that "their" game is superior to any other and can't stop spitting ( a lot on WoT^^) without having ever played them more than 2 hours for most of them, or not at all for somes. :Smile_veryhappy:
I like the gameplay of this series but the community might be damn bad :Smile_sad: .
Should have seen how they burned me when I tried to bring them back to earth :arta:
^^

No question the WOT community are the most repulsive and arrogant bunch of people on any gaming forum, but I think that is because it's full of Europeans (I don't count the UK) :Smile_trollface-3:

Compare...

...as far as I can see MWO is asking for a fair bit more of your cash.

One day you'll understand that nothing worthwhile is truly free, and people with talent will seek to make money with that talent.

Piranha Games, the developer of Mech Warrior Online, offered a presentation of that game at the Game Developer Conference. And we were privileged to witness MWO’s in-game footage and were afterwards convinced that this game deserves players’ waiting and expectation these years.

The only good thing about MWO, is that their community members is a lot smarter than the ones who are on this forum.
So in a nutshell:

Go to MWO if you want to be with intelligent people.
Go to WOT if you want to have your brain on a long vecation.
